Edit- The app is working again, just as it was before. Thanks for correcting the issue and for the response! 2023 CBDH. After a few months of RC+, the app says reactivate RC+. Gets stuck on the 1st "Confirming Location" step- just a spinning wheel. Software update was done at dealer in October. Worked as usual until 10 November. Bikes GPS is accurate on maps. BT connection to phone works. App does not.

At the first glance, it looks useful but in practise it is completely useless. None of the described, interesting features work, combined with 2024 FTR. Comple frustration and waste of time ... One star, because zero is not an option...

I'm pretty disappointed in this app. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to add a planned route to the app in hopes in could send it to my bike. I couldn't figure out why the add route button was missing from me and finally found out the 4 inch displays can't use the app for routes, they can only be added directly on the bike. What's the point and value add of this app then? I see more bikes on the road with the 4 inch screens than any other how is this not ed? Really bummed out.

Tried to transfer planned routes from computer to phone. Would not transfer. Would not even sync as a single . Tried to plan the same route on phone in the app. Kept trying to use another app for the map. Very poor. If nothing else would have though the app and online would sync. Not happening with this.

The app was working when I first installed it except for the bike health which still showed the bike at the dealership. Then, about 2 weeks in, it stopped working altogether, never getting past the initial screen and shuts down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to no avail. Even the dealer can't figure it out. Disappointed. If you're going to offer tech, make sure it actually works. 23 Chieftain Limited and Galaxy S8. After working for a couple of weeks, it's back to not opening.

App is OK. My vehicle stats are accurate and is good but the map is tricky to figure out when trying to plan a route. Ride command has more issues than the app but it functions for what I need since I dont go in super long rides and rely on it. Decent but could be better. Especially since these bikes aren't cheap. You would think that the tech would be flawless. App could be better but is decent

Pointless. Waste of time in the UK. Maps dont work and jumps to google. No rides,no content and a big dissapointment for a very expensive bike. Polaris are riding hopefully for the future. Oh and to add that the dealer had no idea how to use the app, the bike ride command and anything from Polaris says it all to me. My next bike will not be Indian.

Trip planing - 0 - star. not working or it's not friendly. Start and finish - 3 stars (very slow interface. 3D flyover - 5 stars. I don't have another APP to compare it to.
