It's been good so far. There's a couple things I wish it had. I wish there was a way to block certain times off. I wish they had a no call no show or cancelled option and I also wish the times was 4pm not pm before the numbe Edit. There's a glitch when people book the app online. It says failed Also, the online schedule didn't update within the 5 minutes. Sometimes it'll say I have appointments that are booked days in advanced . Please fix this problem

Wonderful in everyway except one, I want to it on my Windows 10 pc but can't. (I tried Google solutions with no success). It still gets a 5 star rating. For what you get, (I paid for the license but, the free version is awesome too) its a life saver for me! It put the big picture on a small screen, saves me time with automatic reminders, clients can book themselves online (this is OPTIONAL), I can pics to their profiles, no more forgetting a face! TapGroom is underrated.

Every single ment for Tapgroom says FREE! Nothing is ever mentioned about payment unless you want to use reports, Statistics, Marketing and ing! I use the program for just a database and scheduler and suddenly the program locked up and demanded $15 per month! I am really pissed! My client info is in this app and I cannot use it! LIARS!

If I could rate negative or zero I would. ALL11/11/19 cannot access again, payment made 10/24 9/27/19 issues fixed but could happen again. 9/26/19 Payment made 2 days prior but license not current, so I cannot book appointments or payments. Currently waiting for a resolution after making So far I loving it. Haven't had it for very long so still working on understanding everything but it does everything I was wanting plus a few extras.

Super helpful for my salon, only problem is that I have it on both my iPad and Android phone. I purchased the license on my iPad so I can add more than 50 clients. I have everything synced to my phone but I can't add or edit any appointments from my phone unless I purchase the license again. In of convenience, that sucks. Overall, it does what I need and runs well. Would like to be able to sync my license across devices though, I'm not paying another $15/month when I can just use my iPad.

I love this app. I'm able to keep detailed records of all my clients and grooms. It makes me look super professional when I'm able to access client records, print receipts. It makes tax time easy as you can enter expenses as you go and keep a digital copy of the receipt

Function ok, too bad it doesn't integrated with Google, only batch imports. Would be great to be able to use you autofill new clients and sync with Google calendar. That's how it should be with every other apps out there. Maybe will try again in the future when updated

*edited has problem i was having is now sorted*!Really love this app for my grooming business love the auto reminder text feature and is generally very easy to use however just this week i can now no longer view my 2 schedules side by side for the same day with the all groomers option but now i have to look at one for myself then switch to my colleague which is very annoying i need to be able to see them both side by side? Can i fix this?
