finally, an app that understands that learning new words isn't just throwing you a bunch of flashcards. a much welcome improvement over the previous version, the guided steps really helped maintain interest in learning. also, as mentioned by others, it has a placement test!! i took the one for afrikaans and it immediately started me at lesson 21!! amazing! helped me skip 20 lessons of words i already know lol

Very good app, the content is very good, better than duolingo. The interface needs improvement though. Even so, it teaches you the basics in a structured manner. I'm also thrilled about the amount of languages and especially about the rare ones. Are you working on expanding the languages covered? Any chances of adding kurdish, latin or any celtic languages?

Honestly, this app could be really, really good BUT everything is so scattered and cluttered that it is too hard to navigate. There are no real clear goals or guides, just tons of options to select blindly. I wish I could rely on it specifically, as it is hard to find apps that teach EU Portuguese, but it is too confusing and messy to use as a consistent learning tool. At this point I'm really only using it for the radio even though I wish I could use it for more. Sorry y'all!

There were some server problems but this was fixed just after reporting it. The app may look a bit plain or even old school but I find it just as effective as more modern apps to learn a language to a basic degree.. This app is also very affordable. It offers a lot of languages and combinations that others don't. Also I find the option to record my pronunciation and rely on my own listening just as good if not better than letting an algorithm decide whether my pronunciation is good enough.

Incredibly amazing!!!!! I still don't know why many people aren't using this awesome app! It literally provides so many valuable materials like audios, notes, images, transliteration, etc basically all we need and helps you make progress step by step in learning different languages. Fun fact : you can learn multiple languages at a single time, just don't forget to save your progress! Overall a wonderful experience it's just been a day using and i m loving it :)) A huge thanks!!

I appreciate that this app provides extensive content broken down into short, reliable lessons and that Armenian is one of the languages offered. However, the app itself doesn't seem to provide any method for , such as when the audio recording and the text displayed don't match, when the translation is inaccurate, or when we have some other suggestion for improvement; this is why I am commenting here now. Overall, I recommend this app for daily language study, even for busy people.

The biggest flaw in the UI is that it defaults to system language, and it can not be changed. This in itself wouldn't be that bad, if the translation was decent. However, I had to think what every single option in the menu could be in English, before I managed to use the app. Instructions and menu options seemed confusing, mostly due to mixed use of imperative and basic forms of verbs. Note to future translator(s): I can think no way "to extract" translates to "lakkauttaa", as the sentence "sanasto lakkautetaan" makes no sense and sounds like something bad is about to happen (the English version of the sentence was "vocabulary will be extracted"). Also, I may be spoiled for more rapid learning, as I found the progression in learning be too slow for my taste. Being interrupted by tips after each step didn't help, even though you can disable them by ticking the box.
