It's unique than other apps. It guides you so that you don't get detached with the act and keeps you going. I like the music, the instruction, the prep time for getting into position before each exercise, the visual demonstration accompanied by the audio confirmation of body placement. This is sooooo much better than watching workout videos. I'm not constantly comparing my movements with someone else's. There's freedom in that!

This app is wonderful so far .I just started but it is absolutely terrific .I'd recommend this app to anyone .Beginner or pro .It's fabulous.I love it ! It has step by step with you the little icon cartoon demonstrated and performs the excersize with you .it plays music if you like and also keeps time has warm ups as well

I like the app in general, the music and the sequence but the timing between exercises is off. It don't provide enough time for changing sides. Also the avatar could be improve to a more realistic body. Thank you for putting this together.

Wonderful app contains both workouts and diet food planning(2 apps in 1)... Beside music and trainers directions that's really cool... But i don't know why it's hard to find this app on play store.. after i un-installed it i wanted to it again i wrote its name again.. but it didn't appear on the apps list, so i go to my google >>>app manager >>>uninstalled app to it again... Anyway i am so excited to continue using it again 🤩😍

This app amazing. This is a very good app. When I feel that I am alone and I have to do workout alone so it would remind that I am not alone. I would recomend this app to everyone. This app also has a feature you can adjust exercises according to your weight.

This app is really really gives a change into our legs. If we do it honestly. It plans for 5 months. But I did in 1 month . Easy and normal workout in morning and hard , personality and incredible in evening. Actually I didn't do it honestly I mean it ask for 345 squrts but I did only 100-150 . But still I really effect .
