What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep
■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.
■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!
Rest Your Very Best!
■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.
■ Get to try to Sleep Your Best
You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.
■ Smartwatch Pairing

It's a great app for tracking sleep. Obviously not as good as a smart watch or anything, but it can be linked to those for improved sleep tracking. On rare occasions it will crash during sleep research, and mess up the day a little bit. But that's not a huge.My only real beef with the app is the alarm options. There are very few sounds to choose from - all of which are very loud and very annoying, with no way to adjust the volume of the alarm. It makes for a really aggressive waking experience.

This app is great! It's cute and fun and helps me want to sleep. Please make a dark mode!!! It's difficult to get on the app right before bed and have it be so bright, especially with sensitive eyes. The main issue outside of that is the glitchiness of the app and the bugs with it. Second issue would be being able to skip through certain dialogue or animations.

The art is nice, but the execution of this app comes across as punitive for pretty much everything you do that the designers do not want you to do. If it has a network connection issue, or the app randomly closes in the night, your sleep score suffers, and with some events having a small window, it is very frustrating that you get a bad score because the app decided that you didn't sleep well.

very fun game, although I do have a couple issues with it. a lot of the loading screens are very long, so it becomes a daunting task to do anything. especially when your pokemon activate skills. please give an option to hide the skill popups! leveling up your pokemon also takes a long time, so I generally avoid doing it unless I have spare time. also I never get any notifications despite having them enabled, only getting them when I open the app. overall good with tracking sleep, just very slow.

Cute game, I hope they keep updating it. My biggest problem is how slow(and it's crazy slow or very random) the free to play is, while the paying side is so quickly expensive. If there was a consistent free(even slow, bcs they want that money obviously) way to get the games "diamonds" or currency, this would help the game move more smoothly for the free to play gamers. Overall cute game, but expected some really dry patches as you play for free.

Overall decent app but there is a "feature" that is driving me nuts- if you sleep too deeply, the app will not track your sleep. It counts it as untracked time because it couldn't detect movement or noise for too long. What am I supposed to do? Wake up clapping every hour so you know I'm still trying to sleep? This feature makes no sense; It's an app that encourages you to sleep well but penalizes you for sleeping too deeply. I used to pay for the monthly subscription and all but not anymore.

Fix this please! I'm so sick of waking up after an 8 or 9 hour sleep just to find that the app closed itself and it tracked like 2 hours of sleep. It seems to always happen during events too. I'm getting quite frustrated losing my sleep points and getting improper data results. This game is fun and interesting when it actually works properly.

Consistently during events my sleep data is not viable. Once the event ends magically it can read my sleep data. The app also promotes you not falling back asleep when you wake up to get water or use the restroom. It will give you a "90 minutes " warning and not use your data. Unless you stay awake and open the app it will not count that nights sleep. When you open fitbit to check the data, it will just show your whole nights sleep as one consistent event.
