Very good. Streamline setup. Great sound library. subscription affordable and always has new Sunday packs to check out and add. All music made on it with subscription is licensed and ready to release once mixed down. Great tutorials and overall very good learning tool that you can cross over to other leading music programs and it will be easily translatable. I highly recommend Roland zenbeats, for the beginner, as it does not cost an arm and a leg to maintain a subscription.

This is a fun music app. Like many similar apps of this type, it comes with a large library of music tracks, all of which to create your masterpiece. The set up is easy to learn. There's no sign up required and free to use. g up allows for additional access to use of app. This isn't an AI making your song so there's some level of talent required to making your song hit top of the charts.

It's a great app. I'm not an experienced musician but I have fun fooling around with it. It has a lot of synthesizer and loops and a step sequencer, a midi editor, etc. My only recommendation for Zenbeats would be to adjust the catalog a bit as it's very drum and techno heavy. There's very little of other genres (unless you use their desktop version) or other instruments for that matter.

Not good . I bought the Android unlock. There is no ZC1 after unlock. There is no multi touch for the on screen keyboard (meaning you can only play on note and can't use the pitch bend or modulation wheel at the same time). The app is useless until these bugs are fixed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling same issues. Why didn't anyone test it on an android phone without a midi controller to see if the keyboard worked properly? Please fix this. I paid money and want to use the app?

Very well done, Roland. There were some glitches and bugs in the beginning, back on 4/8/23, because I used a weaker Android phone. ( I erased my old review, for this update, due the 500 ch limit. ). Today, 12/4/24, with my medium-to-high class phone, Zenbeats works flawlessly. There are some very rare and minor static noises, due to phone settings. Be careful : Do not exit a Zenbeats project through the 3-lines apps-view. Use the Exit Zenbeats command, to prevent phone glitch and restart.

it was ok then even after paying 27 or so a month for a "life time all access" deal i suddenly needed to get and pay more. i tried installing a minute ago again to see if it was different but it insisted on photo and video access with no temporary access allowed. It's not worth it.

Would be the best DAW on Android hands down, but it seems like there are some problems with audio recording. Sadly is nonexistent and does not answer since weeks now, even though I'm a Roland Cloud subscriber. So... well, it's almost great.

Crappiest experience ever. The app doesn't the initial 290MB payload in background, nor does it resume. A while after you switch to another app, or your screen locks, the gets interrupted and you can start another round of trying to keep it alive so it can finish. Crapped out 6 times on me, havent heard a peep yet and am unsure whether I even want to try again. "Best" on-boarding experience ever...
