This app has so much potential but is incredibly frustrating to use. Navigation&FAQ need BIG changes. EDIT: Figured out how to get the app to work after struggling for nearly 3 hrs. For anyone who wants to choose from their list of "freq events" every time they input a new event on any day: adv settings > others > show freq events. When creating a freq event, use "templates" instead of history (still not sure what that does). Going to the "freq events" option under menu does nothing.

I've been using this app for years. But in recent times, the developer has made changes, not leaning toward the good side. I seriously hate those popups when I open the app. Honestly, I had considered buying the version to remove the annoyance once and for all. But where's the Buy button? Oh! I see... You can only subscribe... Well, you ain't getting a single cent for this decision of yours. I don't see a smart reason for me to make recurring payments for a calendar.

This has been my calendar for many years. Unfortunately I've lost everything important from 2022 backwards, it's all blank. I can find my data in the Google calendar but this one is a better one because it has a better interface. I'd also very much like more colours to use for marking different input. What there is, is good but not enough. Thank you.

I've used other calendar apps, including google, but this is the best by far 'cause of sync & customization options. It's also not too much of an eyesore when you have a lot scheduled. 4/2020: Hey, Jorte team! How about an "urgent" checkbox beside the "important"/"completed" tickboxes when adding or editing an event? -Great tip on "!" 1/2025 -Hi, can you have a habit tracker that will count the "completed" tasks/events for the day? something like what ToDoist does (5 completed = goal completed)

At present, experiencing issues with Jorte not opening (12/17/24) - messages state "Jorte keeps stopping". So, right now, I can't access my calendar. Otherwise have used this app for my calendar for several years. Sometimes have issues when trying to swipe back one month (skips the last month and goes to month prior). Wish there were more free icons that could be used (that pertain to American holidays).

I used to love this calendar, but now it is terrible. They never update the themes/icons/wallpapers (which is the main reason I preferred this app). When they do add something, it isn't universal. It is only in their language. I don't see a point in subscribing anymore. I am going to cancel after years of using this. Such a disappointment!

Very glitch lately. I have had it for years, and it has always functioned very well. But in the past several months, it skips around while you are trying to navigate the months. Also, when you choose the date to enter a new event and hit save it puts the event on today's date and you have to go back and correct it. Very frustrating.

A of android and web versions for 5 years. There has always been the time bug, which adds an hour unpredictably. I get around this by putting the time in the title. But in the last few months it has become noticeably worse. The month name sometimes doesn't change in the web version when you scroll sideways. Also single day events in the app sometimes span two days, and repeated events behave too unpredictably to use. I'm hoping this review encourages the developers to prioritise fixes..
