It made it easy to delete 11,000 emails from newsletters and like that I had subscribed to in past. It has no ability to delete actual emails other than newsletters, spam and one other type. I'd like to be able to delete all emails containing a certain phrase or from a certain address. BUT AFTER 6 HOURS, this had scanned YEARS of emails and it was simple to delete or keep them..and unsubscribe when I chose. I do recommend.

Cleaned a bunch of emails, then several days later some filtered through to show back up (ones that were permanently deleted). Email listing should have option to go through list whenever needs. A few more filter options would be nice. App needs a BACK or EXIT button. **Update rated review will change once issues have been resolved and fixes implemented.

I had high expectations for this application, but unfortunately, it did not function as intended. Despite waiting for three weeks, it failed to send my emails to the trash in my . I see that it works for some. Rather than investing a substantial amount of time setting up a significant number of emails for deletion/unsubscription, I suggest selecting a smaller sample, perhaps 100 emails, to see if it will work for you.

This is a very handy app, and I've tried a few others out there and I think Cleanfox does the best at keeping junk out of your inbox. However, I have one major complaint: when viewing the newsletters received as a list, it appears that you cannot do a "Select all". Chances are, it'd be alot easier to uncheck what you want to keep, rather than checking everything to move to junk!

For some reason having an issue trying to sign in to just one of my gmail s, though it's working fine with others?? Nothing I can find in my gmail settings should be causing this issue so I'm at a bit of a loss!!! ): Tried deactivating and reactivating various confirmation methods, as well as IMAP settings, but it refuses to let me add this particular gmail address. For the ones it hooked up to, it works just fine though, so I wish I could figure out what the heck was going wrong!

Keeps giving technical error without further explanation of issue. I have tried it 5+ times. No response from help so far. It has been 2 days. The concept of app seems great when it works. I will up the number of stars to 4 or 5 when it does. The app finally finished. It took about a week. Never heard from customer or other high officials at the company. I have heard from customer . This app only works once.

Keep up the great work 2 stars to 5! 1st review: This application looked promising but I can never connect to my Gmail to clean out old subscription and unwanted emails.. I've attempted to 3xs and no answer. I was truly looking for an application that would accomplish this goal but this app doesn't seem work.

So far it seems to be doing a good job of maybe 65% or 70% I'm not one of those people who lives in their email box. I actually dread checking my email if I haven't gotten to it in a week cuz I know it's a pile up of at least 300 spams. I tried another app but it didn't work very well and it was confusing on how to block, delete, or keep. Cleanfox is straight forward and easy to use. However, I use BlueMail that has a feature to block email or whole demain. I think using both helps.
