The Swiggy application on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is experiencing frequent performance issues and stability concerns. The application frequently crashes, hindering my ability to place orders. Additionally, the application becomes unresponsive when browsing, resulting in a "Swiggy isn't responding" message from the Android operating system. I have been facing this problem for the past three months, and no update has been able to fix it.

Great app, my only problem is a lack of internet calling facility as well as delivery partner training. They don't know how to utilise delivery Instructions. What's the point of giving that feature, if they don't know how to open and check. My house has complete network blackout, so I can't get calls. Internet calling facility will really help.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service and customer care. It was difficult to reach an executive, and when I did, the call was abruptly ended. My order wasn’t delivered even after waiting for 40 minutes, and there was no option to cance and there was no way to cancel it despite the issue being caused by the delivery partner, who was facing bike-related problems. I was advised to email , but received only generic responses referring to the refund policy. FRAUD SCAM

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered from a restaurant just 2.5 km away, and the app initially estimated 40 minutes for delivery. However, 1 hour and 50 minutes later, there was still no delivery driver assigned. When I call the restaurant, they confirmed my order had been ready just 10 minutes after I placed it. For the past 30 minutes, the app has been falsely showing the driver is '2 minutes away.' This level of inaccuracy and lack of communication is frustrating

Terrible experience with the service and customer care service. It was difficult to get in touch with a customer care executive and the one that I did get in touch with hung up even before the conversation ended. Order wasn't delivered even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, no way to cancel the order even when it's the restaurant's fault. Also, the number of the restaurant on the app is incorrect, the timing shown is incorrect, even Zomato cancels and refunds. Fraud. Never ordering again.

I have ordered from a nearby restaurant using this app. It was showing delivery time as 33 mins after confirming my order. I received it after 70 mins. I am a working professional and ordered from work location. For me time is more important. And Swiggy is doing all this to make your day WORSEN while I was Hungry and didn't get order on time because of this I missed an important client meeting. I think they should prioritise time importance.

Very bad experience using swiggy app. They do open fraud. They convince you to buy swiggy-one to skip delivery fee and then for the same food item at the same location ordered from two different mobile, they charge different cost. The person having swiggy-one is charged more than the other one. They somehow adjust the price and increase your bill in the swiggy-one . Thieves. Doesn't even have the integrity to do transparent business. Zomato on other hand, offers much less cost for same.

Swiggy one was great. Then I had a horrible experience with customer service. I replaced a dish that the restaurant called and said wasn't available. But the price didn't change. I didn't want to pay unless they charged the bill as per my changed order. Customer was too slow. I lost patience and wanted to cancel, which swiggy was happy to do without telling me that they'll charge cancellation fee of the entire bill. I mailed customer . But they too refused. I've stopped using it.
