After logging in, when you call the customer, you get a wrong number, never the correct number.Earlier the customer's number was shown, there was a calling button on the down side, now only the calling button is there, the customer's number is not shown.

Very bad experience on this application and Bangalore team . From 30th August till today, I have not shown even a single order, CC team not ing me And City team. My NPS this month or last month is 100% on timing 100%. Then the order is not showing. I am worried because no one is ready to help.

My friend had a very bad experience with porter very recently. They were not really cautious with packing our things despite promising safety. We paid according to the type of shifting. Towards the end of moving, the porters denied to shift things because they wanted extra money from us, thereby delaying the process. After shifting,they promised they would install our electronics and took extra fare for that and it has been 2 days and they are still not here.
