BLO App (erstwhile known as GARUDA App) is a dedicated Mobile App for BLOs for performing their tasks digitally. Following are the main features of BLO App:

This app lacks one important feature. Let's say there are 1200 voters, on electors list page, and if I want to see the last voter based on just serial number, then I have to traverse all 1199 voters to reach the last voter based on serial number. Update the app and bring in this important feature. Also add functionality to filter records based on serial number.

App really going smooth over the years. But DSE is totally unnecessary without backend or face recognition. It identified 1000 of DSE each year. which wasted 3 to 4 days of every BLO with zero Productivity.

Really one of the worst app that I have ever used. Lots of issues are there in the app. Such as when you are trying to a new elector its really takes so much time approx 30 minutes which is frustrating and many more issues . Ui is also not good. I hope the team will fix it soon .

Very Bad experience,,, Made a useless app. Runs after 12 midnight. It was started two months ago without any trial. The trouble that the BLOs are facing. Officials are threatening only to complete the work. But not finding any solution to these problems of the app . Only zero star।

problem. Very bad experience. Most of the time the App doesn't respond. A lot of issues has been fixed but not up to the expectations. Such an App is not expected from TCS. Server also doesn't respond most of the time. Expect a better performance.

Worst App!! They don't even know the kind of filter they need to apply to a list to narrow it down to the desired search results!! Dumb idiots that tcs devs! i don't understand on what basis do they have the right to recruit anyone!! It looks like they have no interest in doing the work they are hired to do! One cannot even the list to make it easier! What donkeys have the government assigned for such a significant job! For such lazy work they deserve rating in negative numbers!

It would have been better if the serial number had been included in the search option in blo aap. Because whenever we see the details of any voter in this app, after seeing it, when we come back again, we come back to serial number-01. Come back.

The working experience with the app is below average. It is crashing repeatedly. I don't know why the developer is so irresponsible to fix the problem.
