I have wrestled with depression and anxiety for 4 years, and this game has really helped me fill a gap in my treatment plan. I have started to feel better over the past few weeks as I've tried the paid version! Think of this game as physical therapy for your brain, to strengthen neural patterns for positive thinking. The point isn't to entertain you as much as it is to strengthen your brain, and it takes time to see a difference. I don't love all the minigames, but the benefit is so worth it!

As a therapist, I started recommending this to my clients. The first concept that the app taught me was that seeing the big picture and being creative can make a person happier. I had forgotten how to find ways to do this (e.g. the way I felt whenbzI used to watch cartoons or collect stickers as a kid). The app is helping me to .

I love the concept of the app, as a whole. It's a great, and fairly low key game that I can easily fit in to my busy schedule. Plus it's fun to improve and see my little farm grow! However, I do think that the games are not ALWAYS accurate, since they don't take into different people's perceptions. It's a "one answer only" type of view, when oftentimes I can find reason to disagree. I also don't like feeling as though I need to pay in order to receive full benefit and get farther faster.

It is a fun and cute game. The mini games are challenging. I think this is geared toward more neurotypical people. Answers are based off of general populace and I've always thought differently. I've really only just started, so I'll be waiting to see if my mental health does actually improve or not. There is no pay to win, but it is a subscription. Once you subscribe though, everything is free.

I've been using this app for a while on and off and I can see the differences in my mindset over time. It's very slow, its brain training, but it does make a difference! My only criticism is that some of the games encourage you to think "creatively" but then penalize you for right or wrong answers. I completely understand the app does need to have right and wrong answers to work, I just feel like there must be a better framing for these than "creativity". Maybe "thinking abstractly"?

I like the therapeutic game part, but I really don't like the whole farming sim aspect. Also asking pretty much right away for a monthly subscription vs basic which has no clinical tracking turned me off. Also some of the games your asked to think creatively and when you don't give the answers they are looking for you don't get the full points. I would be more inclined to keep using this app if you ditch the farming aspect and didn't penalize creative thinking!

Love it so far, will update in one week. Update: Not for me, I'd be fine paying for the app but the service is priced too high monthly without a true trial period to see all the features. I love the concept and once it's honed more it could be really great. Gameplay is a little lackluster but easily can be improved on. Please keep this going and growing, while it's not for me right now I will keep it on my radar for improvements. If there is a focus or testing group I'd be interested

The Free track has no clinical benefit, but I think that the thera is decently priced. It's a farming sim (Hay Day, etc) with minigames. The minigames supposedly help with your depression but you have to play 32 levels a day in order to see that benefit. And they're boring. 😬 The tutorials are frustrating. The game is far from polished. I put my email in to get a copy of their clinical results and that was disappointing at best. I'm uninstalling because I'm just not having fun.
