EDIT: No edit of wakeup time if you don't stop it. Goes on recording, assumes you're in bed even if driving! This app is not well suited for those who sleep with a fan, or with someone else, or with a pet in the house. Lots of false positives which affect the sleep score and recordings, and usefulness of the app. Alarm only plays through Bluetooth if connected. I bought the whole year so I will continue giving it a chance, but after several weeks, it's not looking like I made a great choice.

I can't blame the Google Play store for this I believe it's the app itself they must have something set up where if a person goes to cancel their hip a day before it's set to renew or charge them after the free version when you click cancel subscription it won't let you they seems like a tactic to at least get you for that first month be very cautious I was able to avoid this by adding a backup to a card that doesn't have any funds on it and removing the car that does

It started out cool, but within a week, it started telling me the app shut down unexpectedly, "but we saved your data." Then it just stopped recording sounds completely. That was the purpose of buying it, so I could hear what goes on while I'm sleeping. Fortunately, I got the app for a "discount," but it's still not worth the cost. ***Edit*** Don't be ignorant! I specified the problem. So have most of the 1 star reviews!

App crashes most days. I see night's data when I wake up. When I open App again it doesn't have data saved correctly saying some data lost. Never got 7 day free trial, just charged "discounted price" right away. I like their other apps but this one needs work for the tracker. I guess just taking the loss and uninstalling it. If they fix issue will try again.

The app worked great the first night. However, several mornings in a row, it says that it shut down unexpectedly during the night (it was running when I got up) and only recorded a couple of hours. Also, the app volume is tied to the notifications volume, meaning that I can't mute the notifications and still use the app to its full capacity. Notifications interrupt the app which is jarring. The app is a great idea but definitely needs some work. Uninstalling and canceling subx.

Supposed to track sounds. When I snore (it tells I'm snoring) but it never records me snoring. One of my dogs has a very loud snore, doesn't record that. When the dogs hear a noise, start barking, and run out of the bedroom, -- doesn't record that. Also, some of the text overlaps each other. Definitely room for improvement but it would be really cool if you could make it work. (Samsung S22)

I was able to see where my sleep issues were make adjustments I mean it is a complete game changer the assistance with the noises and they're so specific they have something for everyone as far as sleep aids and it's a game changer no it's a life-changing. I've tried a lot of different apps for sleeping and ShutEye stands out above the rest. Thank you ShutEye

I'm really more disappointed in the fact that it said there was a 7 day trial, but I got charged right away for a subscription and cancelled before the 7 days and was still charged for a yearly subscription. I'm hoping they refund, but won't hold my breath. Well no refund and the app is not accurate at all. It's only good if you want to track snoring or talking in your sleep.
