This is a good app except for the failure of many links.... Printing is good when it works. The ability to make a screenshot is disabled! Why? It's my phone and the data is about me. I've already proved it's me by g in with my digital id...... I have not been able to get the calendar link to work, which is strange because it works perfectly in the Salud Responde app. It's a work in progress, I understand, please continue....

Chaotic, not very -friendly nor intuitive, an example being the date of birth input. It asks you (when it's working) to again and again for every little interaction, and its layout is very distracting. I avoid using it unless absolutely necessary and would rather access the services via computer/web browser or by phone.

Basically none of the functionalities work. Only by the good will of the gods. Like a vhild with a tantrum, on same days with some luck allows you to , sometimes not. Same with all other "features". Sometimes allows you to view your lab results/medication history/etc and some days really not. Put at least a bare minimal log message instead of the "an error has occured". It is 2021. System used: android.

We have big problems getting the App to accept our Digital signatures. It used to, but no more. I've tried everything, restarting, deinstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works and I have not found anywhere to look for help. I used to like the App, but now I can't even use it. Thus I can't give a good review.

It lacks the information that they say it contains. If I was on holiday and had a medical instance, many of the tests, reports etc that I have on paper don't exist in this app. The idea of the APP is fine, but the implementation. I strongly suspect that there are data bases that aren't linked together with this APP. It's abetter than Salud Responde, but gaps in the information make this app unsuitable, especially in an emergency. My information in a Belgian system is much more comprehensive.

Full of bugs! As most Spanish government apps and websites are! They characteristically crash and put you in a loop. And why so many anthentication options? I tried to apply for this Cl@ve and they won't give it to me after an interview - so much hassle! Digital certs doesn't work either. Why not just good old phone number authentication? I can't enumerate all of the issues here as I'm only allowed to write 500 letters in this review. Maybe hire competent programmers from outside the country?

It always prompt for with digital certificate. Also, when prompted to add the appointments to my calendar it won't work the format is a weird HTML with JS incompatible with neither mobile outlook nor desktop outlook. It gets worse whdn trying to do it with outlook online. Disappointing app
