Incredibly bad Anything the app promises to do like update bank details needs to be done online. So you go to use the service and bam nope because everything you did on the app doesn't count, your stuck you can't get your bike you can't make your appointment you can't rely on this.

Still takes 2 minutes to load, also at stations with cercanías and metro (for ex. Sol) I can't see the metro, I see only the cercanías, or in metro stations with bus stations....

No se puede confiar en la aplicación en absoluto. A menudo en horas punta sencillamente no arranca. No me permite logarme y acceder al aparcamiento. He tenido que acabar yendo en autobús, y llegar tarde al trabajo, en dos ocasiones en el curso de una semana. Absolutamente inaceptable en un servicio de pago.
