Very bad application.I top up online credit and is ot came,is activate tarrif automatically what is bad, maybe i want to transfer to another tarrif. I will not recommend this application because is not on English and is disaster, i will move to LidL tarrif is more cheper and more DATA for the same money. Use web version for better understanding this activation tarrif option.I top up voucher od 15€ still is not in my this 15€, very strange. If you don't have nerves DONT TAKE this

Nicht zu empfehlen. Einloggen ist reine Glückssache, meistens funktioniert es nicht. Tarifwechsel geht auch nicht wegen angeblich zu geringem Guthabens obwohl ein doppelt so hoher Betrag wie nötig vorhanden ist und sogar in der Fehlermeldung angezeigt wird. Mein Rat: Finger weg und sich den Frust ersparen

Diese App is völlig nutzlos. Es ist lediglich eine Oberfläche der Website, man braucht dafür keine App extra installieren. Außerdem muss man sich jedes Mal neu einloggen. Schon im Mai 2021 wurde in einer Rückmeldung auf eine Rezension versprochen, dass eine neue App, die die -Details speichert, "in Bearbeitung" wäre und "in Kürze veröffentlicht" wird. 9 Monate später ist das nicht erfolgt. Andere Telekom-Discounter haben native und leistungsstärkere Apps, wo hakt's bei Norma?

Funktioniert kaum, zeigt mir meinen bisherigen datenverbrauch zum Beispiel nicht an und ich muss mich jedes mal neu einloggen. Außerdem erzählt mir der Kundendienst am Telefon seit Juli, dass die App in der nächsten Woche oder zwei zum Update gerichtet wird. Kommt mal ausm knick!
