Zorin Connect provides functionality to integrate your phone and your computer:

Certainly, I like this app. I'm using the Wiko u307as with Android 9. The following issues are current: file transfer is occurring only in one direction from the laptop to the mobile. The volume on the multimedia control does not work. In addition, the play button does not allow the to resume when the video is paused. Let's see about fixing those issues and then there will be five stars. Thank you

Impressed with the performance. Feature Request: it will be great if you introduce a feature that will allow mobile client to trun on hotspot on the laptop and connect to it automatically without touching the laptop. And allow Computer client to crate and connect to mobile hotspot similarly. Also, please add an option to stop zorin connect from mobile. Exiting the app don't stop the app. Sometimes I don't want it to connect to the PC. Thanks 😊

The phone app suddenly stopped to recognize the connection through the phone's hotspot as being on the same network about two weeks ago. Now it requires phone WiFi to be on, which is obviously impossible if the phone is to serve as the hotspot. I think it happened in the latest Motorola forced update, rendering the app effectively unusable. (I'm giving 1 star rating so Senpai notices me, the app was awesome while it worked for me!)

Cannot control the phone's media RELIABLY. The control lags really bad and most of the time it doesn't work (Pixel 5a, Android 13, YouTube Music & Spotify). BUT, if I control the PC's media via my phone, it works like a charm. I believe it is about the compatibility with my phone, but I don't have any other phone to test. Looking forward for the fix. Other than that, it works well (The remote trackpad lags too, but I never use it anyway).

Despite having some "similarities" with KDE connect , this app provides a really nice experience due to the fact that it's integrated with ZORIN OS 15 ,just on a button click i am able to share files between my laptop and phone effortlessly (the file sharing works with phone hotspot and the transfer rate is phenomenal around 30-25 mb/s ). I only wish that there is an exit button on the phone , i don't really need an always running app affecting my battery life when i don't really need it at that time

Thanks a lot for zorin to contribute this app. This helped me a lot to complete my record and my projects easily by just sending the clipboard so that i can paste the contents in my desktop. Additionally, thanks to zorin that it helped me to scroll quickly by just pressing volume button.

Hey guys, I'd love to see Google assistant added to the features of this app. For example "hey Google take a note and send it to 'pc_name' on Zorin connect" or "hey Google please play music on YouTube music on 'pc_name' on Zorin connect" , etc... otherwise it's a very usable very functional app which works super well!! Kudos to you guys, you made my switch from Windows a breeze with the whole OS experience.

This is exceptional how fast and easy it works! This puts shame on even samsung DEX and all others! Kudos to developers! After loads of distro hopping, bugs, issues etc. Zorin is a breeze of fresh air in stability and functionality! Even when installed on a potato laptop over 10 years old works great!
