Exceeds any and every other "What am I going to do after this lease ends" apps. The interactive map is super accurate to how the areas feel in real life. Quality listings. Easy to filter options to get a feel for what you want vs. what you can afford, etc.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ZILLOW. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. I have a case opened since October 2, 2024. Received a reply back saying CS will get back to me. Sent other messages from the app. Same response. I have replied back 10 times. Same response. They pretend to care. They don't actually have a CS dept. No Zillow, I refuse to email after you want to try to make this right. You can see the open case and work to resolve my concerns.

Customer service NEVER RESPONDS! It said it just needed my card info for identity verification, then automatically subscribed me to some 35 dollar hip. I don't want it! Customer service is literally a void. Nobody ever responds, not even days later!

Works great as my main app for finding rentals. One star missing because I wish the filters were more customizable, specifically it would be nice to enter a size minimum instead of using their presets.

App keeps defaulting to rentals that do not allow pets. I have my filters set to show only rentals that do allow pets. This has led to multiple disappointing moments where we think we've found a possible rental, but it's not the case. Another issue is that some rentals will stop appearing on the app. You can still find them on the website, but not in the app. Uninstalling.

I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the vetting process for rental listings on this app. I see duplexes listed as apartments or houses instead of townhouses constantly. I also see listings with no interior photos! Red flag. Part of the problem is there is just so little in the affordable range anymore that these misrepresented listings stand out. Forget about filtering by any of the checkbox filters provided because property managers simply don't utilize them.

The app is okay, but not very helpful. I put in a filter to look specifically for a certain number of bedrooms and price range, and i keep getting notifications from the app for listings that are nothing CLOSE to what i put in the filter. I get it the app is just trying to send me more options but i wish the app would only notify me for results that actually match my filter.
