I am not able to reverse my one old renewed subscription charge. I was told to provide a cert. of dissolution. And I could get that subscription charge reversed. We'll that was lie. I got the info needed. The manager says they can't reverse that charge. I'm only a month into the subscription. It's 398 dollars out of my pocket. Gotta love free money.

I JUST formed my LLC with Zen about an hour ago. I agreed to try their built-in banking system and it is still pending. However, regarding this app, it does not work. I installed it, logged-in and they had to text a security code. I put in the code and it says "Your has been verified" but that's it. There is no way to get past that screen. There's no way to log-in. So, 1-star for the app. As for the rest, we'll see, though these negative reviews are unsettling.

Don't do it! TOTAL RIPOFF! Don't fall for their slick marketing - these guys are nothing but overpriced middlemen taking advantage of new business owners. Complete waste of cash when you can do everything yourself for way cheaper. They'll sweet talk you about 'expertise' but it's all basic paperwork YOU can handle. Save your money and just DIY through your state's website. Can't believe I fell for this scam. AVOID!!!

Scam. Too expensive for paperwork you can do yourself. You can't do anything or change anything on your , you have to email or call for assistance. Dissolved my business and was told I won't be charged for my subscription renewal. Now I'm getting emails for debt collectors about owing the subscription fee. Save your money and just do it yourself.

Used ZenBusiness to make my LLC. I carefully reviewed every instruction and recommendation. I was under the impression I was simply ing an LLC and establishing an EIN for $100. I authorized a $100 payment and it went through. Today I got charged an additional $298. I apparently agreed to pay for stuff without even ever being told a price or fee, or authorization on the charges. I'll revise to a 3 star if I'm refunded for the "hidden fees" - all $298 dollars of em.

Submitted a formation before their highlighted recommended date, which was April 12th. Submitted the day before, received a mail from IRS that it was late... followed up with them on April 19th, and they pushed it through immediately. I have invoices of April 11th submissions, and it was categorized as low priority... they messed up big time. The lawsuit is inbound as I can't reach IRS to reverse this. I know who's paying up.

Was an alright option given the convenience but the expenses section on the app has not been working for a week and all I get is a response that I will get a response in 24 to 48hrs. I can manage my business, what's the point. Frustrating but Might need to start considering other options. This is just not helpful.
