I recently purchased the Haylou Solar 5 smartwatch and found two issues that need attention. First, the 60Hz display isn't utilized as none of the dial themes are optimized for it—please add 60Hz-compatible themes. Second, the watch fails to display caller names, only showing numbers even when s are saved in phone. This basic feature should work seamlessly. Developers should address these issues in the next update to enhance the overall experience. Thank you

App will not let me sign up or sign in. It keeps saying "the network connection is abnormal. Please check and try again". I've tried it with different wifi connections and routers and also with cellular data and with different phones. Nothing works. The app and watch are useless. ***UPDATE*** I decided to change my country to China instead of United States to see if it would let me sign up and it did. Don't know why it wouldn't let me otherwise but I was able to sign in and get the watch working

It's a very good app but there are issues. First, please change the current, ugly, hardly readable font face and use Arial or any other mainstream fonts. Second, make it compatible with the "Perso-Arabic" script. Finally, fix the issue of constantly logging the out of the app and forcing them to turn on their location services when they power either the phone or the watch on and want to pair these devices.

Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. Well, some day I got the app updated and it just stopped tracking my sleep. The app rarely works fine and my sleep gets tracked one or two times a week, but most of the days when I open the app I see empty pages with no info on last sleep. So it usually tracks my sleep two times a week which is terrible. Why it stopped working? I don't know. The watch is good but the app is trashy.

The app in general lacks a lot of the functionality that even lower priced watches offer. For example clicking a selfie from phone by watch, not being able to set always on display,not being able to set brightness from, finding mobile by vibration only, finding watch, proper display of data, not being able to set custom faces other that a few ones app has. My suggestion is make the softwares open source & let the community take over & your watches will thrive. Your business will grow ten folds.

I really really recommend to put custom watch face feature on it. Cuz, by default watch face, it doesn't look that good. And also, my watch is only compatible with this and haylou app only (which doesn't have custom watch feature). Thats why I really recommend to add it. Also, add Celsius format in Celsius too. It helps to understand the temperature.

As a Haylou watch for 3 years now, I must say that upgrading to the Haylou Solar 5 has been an amazing experience. I would love to have the feature to have the seconds hand move AUTOMATICALLY like a normal automatic watch seconds hand moves, like non stop moving, it gives a vibe. I hope to see this very soon and dark mode for the app is NEEDED.

I have a problem where the data is not synchronized between the smartwatch and the Haylou app. I am using Haylou Solar Pro LS18. All data such as the number of steps, heart rate, etc. are synchronized except the total calories. Even after I refreshed the app repeatedly, the calories were still not synchronized between the clock and the app. For example, on the clock there are 300 calories, but the application only shows 120 calories. Please fix it.
