The switches to turn on/off the lights need to be bigger. The app sometimes lags and says a light is off when the light is actually on. When the power goes out, the lights won't immediately reconnect. Sometimes, the lights will disconnect, and the bar on the app turns Grey, so you can't even do anything with that light bulb until it decides it's ready to work again. It is convenient to turn the lights off while I'm in bed. If the switches were bigger, I'd give a higher rating.

In the long run, Wiz lights are functional. Automation, dimming, rhythms, grouping devices all work well. But since Play Store isn't a place to review products, I must say the app is of very poor quality. I'm almost certain to see an "Unknown issue occurred" error somewhere in the app every time I open it. The app is good at set and forget but not flexible or easily adaptable to suit changing needs. The design of the app looks good though.

Hello! Been using the app for a couple years now, and overall am very satisfied. However, since the last major redesign, it is no longer possible to select a -created Scene to use for Schedule events. It was possible before, as I currently have a Schedule running that loads a "Custom mode" which is a Scene I made a long time ago, but I'd like to select a newer, slightly different version of that Scene to use for my Schedule, and I simply cannot do that any longer. Please bring it back.

The latest update is awful. I have 2 lights for the outside of my home, I scheduled them to be on for the evenings. They almost never come on when scheduled, I can no longer go in & easily change the scenes for them or even make them independent colors for holidays etc. Everything I could do in the old app I can no longer do. The room that I created for them exists, the lights are no longer in it even after spending over an hour getting them set in it in the first place. I want the old app back.

I've had the light bulbs in my living room for about 1 year, and things were great. However, now the bulbs are always disconnecting and say they're offline, and the app itself will say, "Something went wrong. Am error had occurred. " I don't know if I need to disconnect all light bulbs and redo them all, but this is a little bit of a pain. We have a second room connected, and the second room is starting to have problems as well.

I just want to share that I am very upset with the experience of migrating to the new App. I have lost all functionality of my Lights. I've followed all steps and tried multiple different paths to connect to no avail. I get needing to get rid of tech dept and that part of that may be to create and port to a complete new App, but I'm doing so, you need to empathize with the UX. I'm sure it was less costly compared to overhauling existing App, but to what end? No you've lost me as a customer and l

Can not set restrictions for regarding device access. Lowest possible clearance limits some features like deleting rooms but still grants access to all the devices. No way to set restrictions like in Samsung's SmartThings 😔 Still plenty of room for improvement. Also, once you set up a room and assign it an icon, you can't change its icon for some reason (?)

Terrible. Forced to use this as the V1 no longer works properly. The and conditions page opens up blank so I am accepting a white box, linking to a google results in an error "something went wrong" Update 11/11/24 - suggested trying the live chat feature for , I cannot even create a home to even get to the page, some unknown error. Also sent email but case was closed shortly after with comment to use live chat in the app!!!
