I started my in January and its amazing, but then the app stopped working and wouldn't allow me to open it, repeated crashes. I deleted the app and have reinstalled and the app opens, but I cant sign into my , I just get an error message. I also can't create a new , once everything is completed I click done and it just loads endlessly. Could the developer please message me so we can get this figured out.

Wonderful idea but very clunky. Lovely but has a long way to go. interface is kind of confusing and cluttered. Notifications are too cluttered as well and should be consolidated. A lot of push notifications for the very little amount I've interacted with others. I think that threads should be consolidated into one thread, rather than each reply coming up as a chat because it makes it very cluttered. And why are old messages not visible? I was having a great conversation with someone.

It has helped me a lot over the last couple months. It is not professionals on this app, it is people struggling or people who have overcome hurdles in their life. There are so many categories to get help or to help others. Just sharing stories, , and resources. It seems like a new app, but it doesn't crash or break down. I would give it 5 stars if it was a little more streamlined instead of thread based. But still easy to navigate once you get used to it.

It's an okay app for finding people to chat to. However, there's one thing that I think should be added in ASAP: the ability to delete messages/replies that you have posted. It's not pleasant to have your phone blow up because people are jumping down your throat just because your situation isn't the same as theirs in the replies to your post/reply to someone else. The ability to delete things you send in chats would be great.

Its got some work of course, better interface, easier to new groups, better notification system, and so on. I like it, it helps. Butttt, it keeps crashing on me. After a week or so, maybe two, I'll go to open it and I'm stuck on the opening screen. It's happened twice now, I have to uninstal and reinstal it to fix it. Not sure if its a problem on my end, but it's annoying

I'm not sure Wisdo is a safe place. I understand the idea, and it's a good thought, but in practice... too many vulnerable people in one place and with no oversight unless there are trained staff looking at all our DMs, which would then be a privacy issue. This kind of online environment is dangerous as it's a hunting ground for online predators. Would not recommend. Also, there's the blocking of communication until you've subscribed at £60 per year 🙄

This application is useful for someone who is feeling lonely and trying to make new friends to talk whenever they feel alone. But this app stops working all of suddenly and not allowing me open the app interface itself, saying that (something went wrong please try after sometime) I want to know that what is "something went wrong" and answer asap. I don't think it is the better way to make people useless when there are trusting your platform So please understand the problems and make changes

This app is brilliant, you can help others while being helped, people need people, I need you just as much as you need me. And the app does have a small fee, but it is a complex service I understand the need to pay and honestly if you really don't have the money I'm sure if you ed the developer with a real reason they would accommodate you, but the app has access to help without paying.
