The worst app I've ever had the displeasure to attempt to use. Crashes and freezes are constant. Sometimes hitting the back button on my phone will log me out, sometimes it takes me to the dashboard. Trying to sync Google Fit is a nightmare. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this app go attempt to get steps to sync. Why do you spend time and money changing the UI every year with no meaningful progress toward being remotely functional?

Worst fitness tracking app I've ever used. Crashes all the time, doesn't sync with Samsung health, and Google fit is a worthless alternative.

It hasn't been connected to Google Fit since the 19th of December. What can I do to fix this? I use it for a rewards program with my employer.

Is okay when it stays logged in. Unfortunately, the app randomly logs itself out and you may not realize it. Logged out app means tracker data doesn't sync, so you lose out on wellness rewards. The app itself tells you to every 10 days to avoid gaps in data. How about you just don't log me out in the first place, and let me set it up and forget it? Or how about you sync more than just the previous 10 days of data? As of January 2024, won't stay logged in at all anymore. Totally useless.

Syncing issues with Google fit. Constantly have to uninstall, reinstall. Even then it only syncs half the time. If you have to use to get rewards from health insurance.... good luck. App is not worth the time. Have ed several times. They just say uninstall-reinstall. They are very nice but there is only so much you can do if the technology doesn't work.

Doesn't function with Google autofill. Backing out of menus doesn't work right, have to navigate back to home. Leaving the app and reopening hides the nav bar (which is critical as per the previous issue). I only bother with it to get $25-50 back from my HMO, but this is so much worse than my group's earlier wellness program.
