This game is great! Basic concept but with a little grinding anything is possible! However I feel like they slowed down the game with the most recent update so now the game is super annoying. I like a grind but it's kind of ridiculous right now. Edit: also sometimes when I watch an ad it will automatically click on the ad even if I don't touch the screen, I play tons of other games with the same ads so it's definitely an issue with the app, idk if they're farming ad engagement or what.

The game is OK, but ultra repetitive. I'm on a pretty high level and they used to have multipliers that would help me get to the next level. Right now, it's $12.5 Billion coins (you read that right) just for me to buy one improvement. Without the additional multipliers, this will take about 5 months to beat the entire level while having to repeat the same lower level at least 5 times per day. So after 6 months or so of playing, I'm done. It's just not enough fun to continue.

Typical "pay to play" game which quickly becomes ridiculously difficult unless you keep paying money. As many others mentioned you MUST watch insane amount of ads to get anywhere in the game at all. I also decided to give it a shot and payed for couple permanent enhancements - and yet I'm completely stuck at the level 12 with every free enhancement unwinnable anymore. I now must pay to move on, period. I get that devs need to be payed, but this is just ridiculous level of greediness.

One of the best games on the store. Involves a surprising amount of strategy and coordination. Ads are there for your benefit and will always reward you for watching them, but they're not forced on you. EDIT: the ad boost opportunities have dried up and the game is intolerably slow now. They took away speed and coin boosts at the same time, making the game a slow grind. I barely play every few days now.

My husband and I play this religiously! It's addicting and exciting to see what will happen next. I'm confused about something, however. He has some skeleton head collecting event going on. This is his second time on it. *I* have yet to run into this event once! Why??? Also, when at the end of a timeline, STOP FORCING us on the evolution screen when we want the upgrades!

It's a pretty fun to play mini game for the first few levels. After that, it gets really repetitive, and progress relies on watching ads for progression. You grind at a level until you have enough money to evolve; At the end of each "evolution," your money resets, you get no perks, and you start all over again. One of the major things that I dont particularly like is that the game does not respect my time. I dont see why there couldn't be a fast-forward button to speed up the battles.

I really love this game, but for the same reasons as everyone in these reviews... I hate it too. Your enemies are astronomically stronger than you, and you have grind for coins by deafesting the previous enemy multiple times. Another thing that's extremely upsetting is the fact that once you get to Timeline 8, everything just restarts. There's no new characters or weapons. It just restarts as if you just started the game. What a letdown. Game had some serious potential to be great.

It's fun for a while. A bit of a grind and some of the levels are a slog to get through but generally I thought it was fun. But eventually you hit a complete wall. I've been grinding the same level for over a week and I'm still nowhere near beating it. They made it so absurdly difficult that the only way to genuinely progress is to pour a bunch of money into the game. Apart from that, ads are optional which is a nice bonus. Overall, it's fun for a while but once you hit the wall it's unplayable.
