These values are defined based on your personal best breath-hold or another customer value of your preference.
🤿 Flexible training based on your needs: Choose the workout that fits better your current personal experience and goals.

Apnea diving is not only a fascinating activity in nature but also offers a range of physical and mental benefits. By practicing freediving or apnea, you strengthen your lung capacity and develop greater stamina. Moreover, you'll learn to control your mind and emotions underwater, experiencing a sense of calm and tranquility as you dive with your diving goggles in the crystal-clear waters surrounded by fish and corals.
To improve and train apnea, it's essential to work on developing proper breathing techniques and increasing your lung capacity underwater. Through specific breathing exercises and apnea training, you can extend your time underwater and reach greater depths effortlessly. Mental relaxation and breath control are key aspects to consider when enhancing your skills in apnea, diving, and freediving.
Additionally, it's important to engage in regular and progressive diving or apnea training, always respecting your personal limits and, most importantly, listening to your body. A gradual approach and consistent practice of the art of underwater apnea will allow you to sur your own records and enjoy more intense and pleasurable underwater experiences.
In summary, immersing yourself in apnea diving offers a unique opportunity to explore the underwater world like few others can. As you delve into the depths of the sea, you can improve your apnea skills through proper technique, lung capacity development, and consistent practice of the ancient art of tankless diving.

The best breath holding app on the store, perfectly designed for beginners and pros with a nice looking style. I've never even thought about buying the version of a app before however I think this may be my first. If you are trying to get better at breath holds this is the app to do it.

as far as suggestions go I really don't have any, works well is simple and self explanatory and just is really nice.

Very friendly and easy to understand how to use. It's definitely easier to use than other apnea training apps but it also has less functions. Definitely worth the try!

Simple and effective, but missin features, no stats, contractions, and a big thing, doesn't allow background music etc. Edit: yes I found this one the most suitable of the available options so guy the lifetime sub! But please prioritise letting it run in background so I can do music, Netflix, or whatever in the background

Simple to use, no pointless audio or mindless chatter. You can just get stuck in very quickly and start to develop and optimise your breathing control. I believe it's a good way of achieving mental clarity if you don't have the patience for meditation. I haven't tried the subscription service yet but may well do in good time.

The app's tailored exercise regimens have significantly boosted my freediving performance. I love being able to track my progress and see my stats improve over time. It's a must-have for any serious diver.

the free features on this app are great, only reason this is not 5 stars is now your history is hidden behind a paywall which you could originally see when I first got the app
