Latest update breaks app. The app is trying to force you to create an and store your data in the cloud. It prompts multiple times on app startup eventually crashing if you keep declining. Also crashes now when connecting to the device via Bluetooth. I can still manually add the info after restarting the app 2-3 time. App was working very well prior to this last update(5*) If app is not fixed soon, I will be returning device to Amazon and finding an alternative.

Works, once I figured out how to transfer readings via Bluetooth from my meter ( take reading THEN OPEN the app ). I just wish there was a way to create and export a pdf file of my past readings for my doctor ? Maybe there is but I can't find it ? It would definitely IMHO be a great feature. Other than that and figuring out how to get the Bluetooth to work., it does the job. Thanks !

Since Upgrading to a BP2Connect I get unassigned data. This happens at least two to 3 times a week. I even wait until it shows up in history, but the next day it is unassigned. Since I am the only person who uses both my phone and the BP2Connect this is becoming a big issue. It doesn't transfer to Google's health connect or Samsung Health when it remains unassigned.

I wanted to use this to see if a sleep treatment I'm using is effective. I slept all night with the pulse ox on my finger, just to wake up to no data. There was a pop-up telling me that if I went , I wouldn't have to worry about losing data. Why would I pay for something that doesn't work? I pay for apps that prove they work well. It would be cheaper to buy another pulse ox and app that actually works.

Device will not stay connected via bluetooth. Have to delete device and re-add to sync every time. My phone indicates that this app is not compatible with the most recent version of Android, so that might be part of the problem. The app also freezes/gets stuck on one screen. So, overall a bad experience. Two stars because the data is very useful and I've been able to force it to work with workarounds, but overall this app needs an overhaul. The csv data export also has problems.

It's a decent app that shows heart rate, oxygen, and motion. You can look at old recordings or see the current values. The pinch gestures to zoom in on the graphs are nice. Problem: If you have more than a few months of data, the History list will not respond for 10-15 seconds until it has loaded every single recording, even though only 5-6 recordings are displayed at a time. It does this after every single task you try to do with the History list. It's poor programming and needs to be fixed.

So far, so good. My son has Reactive Airway Disease and tends to have problems everytime he catches a cold. I tried this on him last night and it performed well. There was some add-on specific to the oximeter ring we have, so I ed that as well. Not sure if it does anything. But, the app stayed on and alerted me when his O2 dropped or the ring fell off, as per my settings. So far, I like it. It means I don't have to stay awake all night worrying, which is great.

Love that my oxygen level is ALWAYS accessible. As a person with comprised lungs it is important to have prompt data. I had a bit of an issue learning to connect to my phone. My other problem is that although the device is supposed to convert to 12 hour time automatically it almost always is 24 hours. I don't see VA seeing to change it.
