Lots of bugs. Most important is the electronic BOL. Most sites do not have a data signal. Work around is have the app open and on the load page before leaving good service area. DO NOT work with other apps or switch windows within the app. Keep phone plugged until at pad. Problem... The app seems to time out if waiting too long in staging resulting in can't connect message.

App constantly has issues. Show departing from. Dropping box and request new load and next thing you know your back to arriving to unload. Keep having to Uninstaller and re-. Also won't work offline at all and half these pads have no service so you have to find some where to stop and do everything after the fact, kinda promotes distracted driving!!

Since last update constantly says I'm offline even tho I have full service.... Also kills my battery fast. Not sure why location permissions had to be given for all the time instead of just when app is being used .... Has drastically screwed up my phone cause it constantly runs..... Needs to go back to the old style where when you exited I closed and wasn't running your location in the background

The only way to get notified for a load is thru a small 15 min window. The app sometimes remains silent even though I have the notifications set to a custom ringtone & vibrate. Like similar sand dispatching apps you should include an automated phone call informing about a load. I've missed many loads because the way this app is designed & its buggy too. It will forget info u put in it like box numbers or forget you sent your loaded info, etc.

The app doesn't work correctly on the Samsung S23 Ultra, so ultimately, the driver will end up losing out on money. You might get dispatch to email a load or two for you but then they become IT experts and tell you to uninstall and reinstall to fix everything and will not help anymore because 5 minutes is to much of their time, even though it is of no fault of the driver who was told that it would work on the S23 Ultra. Had to get a new phone to solve the issue.

My phone did an update now Sandbox app will not work. As soon as it loads it crashes and closes the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times and have restarted my phone as many times still will not work. I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Doesn't allow you to access previous loads. When they send you a message to a document, you're not able to do it because the app doesn't allow you access to the location of the files where you're supposed to and/or required documents.

We need the ability to see our PO number and proppant that we are loading BEFORE we do a.m arrived at loading facility. This hinders our ability to know what lanes to get into when pulling up to the sand plant facility. I have granted permissions to the app for taking pictures etc but still have to take pictures with my camera and THEN them from gallery to the app.👎👎👎
