Additional charges on top of your 'promotional access'. Major trouble trying to get your money back! I can read, and I did not subscribe to your 'coach'. Shame on this company. Response received: ..."Please note that you may decline to purchase additional materials by clicking the "No, Thanks" button or an "X" icon in the purchase window."... So THEY charge for 'materials' they want to add, not your choice. Unbelievable!! I want my money back!

The free trial was a mid experience, not one I wanted to continue. Was charged £47.99 after the free trial (not intended by me), ed customer service on the day for a refund but they said they couldn't - that trials should be cancelled 24 hours before the next billing. I understand, BUT. Why can't they simply remind us then, 24 hours before our next billing? It would clear a lot of things and help customers avoid making unwanted payments to unwanted subscriptions.

Watch out for the auto renwal at 2.5 the first subscription rate hidden in small print. You can't see any subscription info in the app, and you can't cancel your subscription in the app either. They hide the subscription in the Help menu. It can't be very good if they rely on tricking people into auto-renwal if they have to hide it in the small print and make it harder to cancel.

1. The meals don't reflect all the food ingredients I selected initially. 2. In the case that I forget to start/stop my fasting timer, it is impossible to clock it ones it enters the next day (from 12 midnight). For this two (2) reasons I wasn't pleased with the app & wanted to unsubscribe because I noticed it just the first 2days. But my request was declined. That's very disappointing. At least there should be like a one week money-back guarantee given that I subscribed for 3 whole months.

I ed this app several months ago and after I paid for my trial period. At 4 months I decided not to continue for personal reasons. I canceled before the end of the trial period and my was still charged yesterday at the 6 month deadline. I had to the app again a few minutes ago, just to cancel again!! Give me my refund!

Great app very intuitive. I wrongly entered the incorrect weight as part of my plan. You can't change the start weight from your end - just as well! I ed and Kelly solved the problem instantly. Amazing service so different to many organisations I deal with. Thanks Kelly!

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. The process is incredibly deceptive; it promises one thing but ends up charging for everything. When I tried to resolve the issue and request a refund, they outright refused to consider my case. The app did not meet my expectations at all, and I feel like I've been robbed. I recommend looking for alternative options to avoid falling into this trap.

Poor service and waste of your money. Beware, Once you sign up they will hide the cancellation button and only cancel once they take your first £48 payment. They then point you to a cancellation policy all crafted in their favour to justify it. Theft! Beware! Totally dissatisfied. Google Store, please remove from your platform!
