Update: If you set up through webpage first it will transfer funds. The app will work after that. As far as promos, forget about it. It doesn't work....I have several other apps for betting and I can state unequivocally this is the worst app in trying to set up. This app has problems trying to set up your bank info to transfer funds. It does not like using duckduckgo and will not recognize it. When I try redirecting to google it just crashes. After 25+ tries I give up.

This place nickels and dimes you and charges you $5 for PayPal deposit and charges you for some Past Performances sheets etc...Slow payouts and then when you do withdraw it's another $1 to them for PayPal withdrawal. Never gave me my new sign up bonus and to get it you have to spend $$$$ No thanks, many other sites don't charge you for these things. Only good thing was the race video at every track. I'll be going back to my other sites. Good Riddance....

With the continual upgrades and updates. This app is constantly buggy. They bring a new feature online and it stops 2 or 3 other features from functioning. And with the addition of the upgrades you are constantly trying to figure out how to use it. It can be very annoying. You would think before you bring feature online. It would be tested and working. Absolutely not the case here. Other mobile horse betting apps out there that seem to be much more reliable and easier to use.

Horrible service!!!!! Signed up online to bet on the Derby, but adding money to the either cost an outrageous credit card fee ($5 to charge $10) or give Plaid access to my bank . Decided it wasn't worth it so I went to close my . Had to message customer service to do so. Took them 5 days to respond. They could only disable the , not close it (complete BS). Went to rate the I received and the ticket was closed so I'm unable to rate the .

It's that time again - trying to look at horse stats for the Derby but continually getting errors on the app. 🐎 Save yourself the frustration - uninstall and use the website instead. I've missed critical bets due to connection issues. This has happened for years. Developers - please scrap the existing app and start over. It won't even navigate to a screen. Lol

Very aggravating app. It does not say which day and time the races are. It promised a 25.00 credit for g up-which I did not get. But worst of all, I tried several times to bet on a horse at the Kentucky Derby (that ended up winning!!) and it would not let my bet be fulfilled. I am very disappointed with this app. I still have almost 50.00 in the because the bets did not go through. There are zero instructions with the app-it doesn't explain what is being seen on the app.

Overall, I really like this app. I would give it all five stars if you could make a deposit from and withdraw directly into your PayPal without paying a five dollar fee.
