Solid and reliable. I placed multiple orders, both for delivery and pickup. Glitch free. It serves up a barcode that gets scanned by the clerk, to fetch your waiting order. I'll be surprised if this is some stock, off the shelf, storefront. It looks to be a custom designed, well tested, reliable app.

the forgot needs fixing. the website doesn't work, keeps saying "something went wrong" was advised from the store after they created my to do on the app. but nothing happens after inputting my email. the "send verification " button does nothing. it's like a broken background code that clicks but no Actually action is taking place.

Super buggy when trying to add more than one of a single item type. If I try to add a second bottle of anything to my cart after selecting it, the screen pops up for like a half second and then disappears again. Came here because I thought there might be an update that solved that, but nope. Please feel free to reach out to me, , for a video screenshot or better explanation. I'm on a Samsung S24+ with newest app version.

4/14/2021 Love This App 10/4/2024. I used to love this app. However, it is very glitchy now. I have created lists of my favorite things, but all of a sudden, I can't access my lists. At 1st, it was only certain lists I couldn't see, but now they won't pull up at all. Yes, I'm using the latest version, I checked for updates before this review. Please fix this.

They now require you to keep the app updated. Insanely useless now. App is useless now. Upon opening the newly updated app, it wants to enable location tracking. When I choose 'Not Now', it opens up again in a never ending cycle. I think the BevMo app still works..... UPDATE - Still showing the never-ending "Share your location NOW!"

My app does not give me the deals. Recently there was a 20% coupon on 9 or more and I only found out because I went into the store to make a purchase and saw the promo. The employee told me to look in the app and while I could see local deals, there was no way to use it. They did help me in store and gave me the discount at the .

I had input on the app about a feature and issue I was dealing with. Within 5 days I got a call (from a live human), who went over the and has put in tickets to implement changes. It feels great to know they actually review the and follow through with it.

I'd rate this much higher if the app allowed me to filter out the "winery direct" and "spirits direct" products. These are usually private label products and usually not worth what they charge. But no... The app forces me to scroll through dozens and dozens of bottles I have no interest in. Time to find a new liquor store.
