Easy, simple, and effective is the 3 words come to mind. I was skeptical at first. Mostly due to past experience with other carriers. But I am happy that I decided to go ahead and carry the coverage. As life happens, the was an incident that busted my phone. I dredded the process of filing the claim. Surprisingly though within 5 to 10 minutes everything was completed and nee device on the way! Was an easy to follow process that got my new device here in a matter of 2 days! Awesome service!

This is terrible coverage. In the future I'll get coverage directly from Samsung. I have tried to replace my broken device and the replacement I was sent had damage. Was told I would be sent a replacement haven't received it. It seems to be stuck at UPS hub and Assurant is telling I just have to wait until I'm given an delivery date. So I have a damaged phone and you do not care to assist in moving the delivery of my phone. I can't file a claim with UPS because Assurant has to do it.

don't waste your money if you're broke, the monthly payments are only that ,Assurant is like a blackjack dealer that doesn't pay 2x or time &1/2 but requires a fee to play with no free liquor. My bad ,I was thinking while reviewing. to make a long story short my damaged device was in better shape than their replacement device after another claim and 2 hours at a retail store igot an acceptable replacement. That's what 3 years of insurance payments got me

I've had this service for 3 months My phone hasn't worked properly the whole time nobody's addressed it I had somebody from the office me and told me she was going to do me a favor I was going to pay for shipping to ship it back and they weren't going to bill me for it how do you think it's doing me a favor when y'all haven't kept your deal of the contract up The phone is not in great working order I've had two of them sent back and it's still doing the same thing. NE CAREFUL!

I've been trying to put in a claim for 3 weeks and it's all dropped calls, no call backs or emails after the first email after I put 8n a claim saying I'll get an email within 24 hours. not only does it seem like I'm being avoided but when I track my claim on 360 it tells me it can't be processed at this time

sent me a refurbished phone and I haven't even had it for a week and I got a black screen and I can't even use it. I can't even see anything so I can't reset it. very disappointed in the T-Mobiles insurance it's like unpaid for nothing to get a broken phone. wow what a scam

Save your money and do not purchase assurant insurance. We filed for a lost device that was found by police the next day. Tried to cancel the claim, they sent the phone anyway. We returned the claimed device a month ago and refund keeps being pushed back WEEKS. Still waiting on my $250 that should have never been taken in the first place. It is a scam and a headache. We have paid for insurance for years and have decided to end it due to this experience.

worst program that I have ever dealt with. Bought the screen protector. they said it would be covered. Went to the store 3 weeks ago. They said it would be sent to home it never arrived. Called a week ago they said it would be ordered again. Called today no sign of order.
