1. Just installed the app because it's not possible to sign up in store. 2. Kept getting an error when g up "one or more fields are invalid" - but gave no indication which one. 3. Found out it was the . Not sure what though. Either it is wrong that minimum chars is 6 and it's actually 10, or it doesn't like Capital letters, or it hates Symbols ($*#@!?). Minimum chars on the screen wrong is unacceptable, and not accepting Caps or Symbols lowers security! Plus it should be specific!

This is the worst app I've ever loaded on to my phone. It is literally impossible to actually sign up for the rewards program. I've probably spent a total of three hours now trying to sign up and keep getting fed different error messages: "network unavailable" which is ridiculous, and "one or more pieces of information is incorrect", no guidance at all as to which information needs to be fixed. A completely useless app. I'm on Android, maybe it isn't completely useless on Apple.

I've been using this app since 2014. All was good until last upgrade. No matter what is done, the location is never working and there are coupons that will not load. So, even though 'my Thornton's' is less than 1/2 a mile away from my house, I have been going to Casey's and Circle K. Thornton's needs to deal w/ the app being fixed or loose a lot more customers.

I really loved this app for various reasons like finding a station near me in order to save some money by comparing prices with their competitors. Lately, after the resent "upgrades" I haven't been able to log on to research it's features as before. I won't be able to receive discounts on fuel or any other product. I guess I'll go to Speedway for their rewards and discounts.

The app was working perfectly fine yesterday 6/11/24. This morning I go to use it and it tells me I have no connection (while other apps are working fine). I have connected to WiFi which I normally don't have to, un-installed and reinstalled and still is not working. I love this app and am disappointed that it is no longer working properly. Please advise.

Great when it was working. Not so now. Have had the Thorntons app almost forever. However shortly after upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S-7Edge or S-7 it would just crash after opening. I installed on an Apple 5 and it works like a champ. Removed and reinstalled it on my 7's and still no joy... Upgraded to a Galaxy Note 9, wanted to see if this is related to Samsung. Guess what, it was the first app I installed... Same Thing. Still crashes on launch.

Please fix the location issue!!! This app used to be awesome. Now no matter what you do it won't pick up your location. Because of that the coupons won't load to your anymore, especially the over 21 coupons! I only go to Thornton's because of the coupons in the app, but until it's fixed we will go elsewhere with just as good coupons.

I've been using this app since 2015. never had no problems. then 6 months or so no location popped up. I've tried everything. uninstall it, u guys, um shared location. just uninstalled again and it said thanks for location. and still no location. says maps not installed. yes they r. so I'm at a loss
