1. Open Vaulty, then tap the lock icon at the top,
2. Tap an album,
3. Tap thumbnails to select files, then tap the lock at the top to hide them.

I went into the app today and it had duplicated a bunch of folders and there were a bunch of pictures missing from other folders. Pretty sure it wasn't error as I think I would have noticed copying 15 folders to a new location and backing them up. Edit: This app is still completely broken even after the most recent update. When you add a picture it duplicates them, then if you check back later they are either duplicated again, or completely deleted.

It was soooo awesome for a long time, but recently got a new phone, and only 55 of over 90K (maybe more) pictures were saved! I'm crushed. So much is just gone. That was the whole promise of the app. It's all gone, Best moments, last moments, once in a lifetime moments, heritage moments, legacy moments, lineage moments, generational moments....all gone.

Last update was a year ago. When you're scrolling through the app it constantly resets back to the top. I've got a lot of folders, so um as I'm scrolling it glitches back to the top, can't find the folder I'm looking for in time... when you want to add something to a different folder it would be nice to be able to type a search for the folder you want instead of having to scroll s long list

I have used and loved this app for years but the lastest ads pop up every time i enter and exit something and will sometimes be unable to exit the ad at all to the point where ill have to close the app. If this keeps happening Ill sadly have to change to a different app. Dont mind the occasional ad but the increased frequency of the ad and being unable to press x on a ad at all is too much.

Go to files-vaulty now find a file that's big enough to be a video. File names will end with .vdata. or for example: johndoe.vdata change the ending to .mp4 or example: johndoe.mp4. Thumbnail appears and video plays. Completely a false sense of security. I ed a free with no ads app with 256 aes encryption works. Just incredibly time consuming compared to Samsung vault. But my tablet isn't Samsung so that's how I'm here and totally disgusted this has a weekly subscription shame!

WARNING PEOPLE. This was the best app I had used. However if you don't choose to have your data backed up to their cloud wherever that is and whoever controls and reads it, then suddenly for no reason all of your Vaulty data files just disappeared off your phone (even from system files). Yep All of your s and valuables gone just like that! zero stars if I could! very frustrating!

it's not nearly as secure as it s. The name implies that your items are somehow secured and completely encrypted with a special key, or something. However, all this really does is hide the videos and pictures from being listed in the Gallery, but anybody who wants to can have access to your videos with no additional effort, and your photos with only a minor bit of effort. This is not secure at all, but useful to keep out casual intruders.

UNINSTALLED - I Paid for a lifetime subscription a few years ago to remove ads. The dev is no longer honoring that deal and now requires a monthly subscription. I understand they need to make money, but that is not how you do business. Only new s should have been moved to the subscription model. The app now shows a 5 second ad every time I go into or out of a media item, making it completely unusable. Thank goodness most phones now have secure folders to lock down anything you desire!
