Really good challenge. Would be 5 but the Cryptic hints are a stretch at best. I've started just revealing them because they generally make no sense. Other phrasing is odd but might be regional differences. Also found a word in another language without noting it was. I'm sticking with 4 stars because overall it's been good but it could be about 200 words less without the bad entries and be perfect.

Not good for the US market The UI is nice and works well. But the clues are really uk oriented and things don't mean the same in the US or the spelling will be different here that it gets annoying, especially in the second puzzle. The cryptic clue ones are even more annoying for this reason. I wouldn't mind seeing a US version of the crossword without the cryptic clues.

I was bummed at first because I thought I had to use my coins to open all the categories. I didn't. Just start answering clues and you will unlock the corresponding category. I am pleasantly surprised at this app. Most crosswords I find are either too easy or too hard. This is perfect for me, challenging but solvable. Maneuvering is so easy, cross referencing clues, switching to other clues or sections of the puzzle,. Great app so far

I have reinstalled this puzzle numerous times. Sometimes I try to beat my earlier times, and sometimes I complete a single quest before I go to the next one. I'm not a big fan of the newer puzzle, since I don't know most of the song titles, and cryptics are especially difficult for me, but you deserve kudos for all the work that must have gone into making puzzles of this size.

Awesome puzzle , not too many ads, be nicer if you could easily earn more points easily for a hint . I only needed one hint for an especially hard word that wasn't well known. I was tempted to use more hints but was frustrated by the fact it took more points than I had even though I was almost finished, so 1 took another route.

I absolutely love it. I have played many Crosswords and this one is amazing. Not only can you use your coins for hints but instead of having to purchase more coins all you do is watch a 30 second ad and for each ad you watch you get $100 coins back. It's a hard one to play but that's what I like about it. It's not big as d, it's HUGE. Sweetpea

Lattice grid crossword puzzles like this one always feel amateurish. These are the kinds of puzzles I first learned to work and make in grade school. American style grids, like one gets in the N. Y. Times, are denser and more professional. They are not that difficult to create either. I just don't care for the lattice grid. LOLs. Changing my rating just for the kind and interesting response. I love the game itself. I like the idea of working on a single giant puzzle over time. However. The ads. There's so many! And I'm not asking the game to go ad-free. i just think they could be included in a better way. Like, instead of ads that interrupt gameplay, do what a lot of games are doing now and make it a "watch ad - recieve coins" sort of thing. This would allow players to get coins for more hints as well as being less interruptive and annoying. Just a thought.
