Over 2 years since my last review. Nothing has changed. Needs an overhaul. No way to view expiration dates without clicking into each item. Nothing way to mark off items as you go through the list. Reporting severely lacking.

I have not had any problems logging in unlike many people in the review section. It was so much better than OP-IQ. But, the recent update slowed down the checking process. I spend more time looking at my phone than I do looking at my equipment. I hate the Submit button on every page, then it asks me if I'm sure, then kicks me back to the start, so I have to click back to where I am and repeat. then when I'm all done I have to submit AGAIN, or it doesn't go through.

This app is absolutely horrible for a professional company. It has multiple issues. Delays in hitting submit, items not showing up. not accepting signatures, becomes unresponsive, doesn't keep up with key strokes. Can't use for multiple agencies. is less than helpful. Update: my agency has decided to no longer use vector as their inventory application. I can't be happier that I finally get to delete this app. Such a bad app. VECTOR....read these responses and improve your application.

The app is hit or miss when it wants to operate. It does not matter what device it's installed on iPad, iPhone, Android. There are times all platforms won't operate then other times it's just one. The answer... well try uninstalling and then install the app and see if that fixes the problem. So tired of this wish my department would find something better or just go back to paper.

This app could be so helpful, but it is poorly designed and optimized. The interface will frustrate your crews enough that they will lean more into pencil-whipping than actually doing their checks. I hesitated to post this, thinking it would improve, but Vector doesn't appear to listen to and the app has only gotten slower over time. Mine won't even , and just keeps showing a spinning wheel. I feel like our department paid for a service that it hasn't actually received.

This application is frustrating. It could be awesome, but it's not. When entering comments on vehicle checks, the cursor automatically goes to the end of the sentence, even after selecting a point in the text you just entered. The normal word suggestions don't appear and there is no spell check function. As a medic, G-d help you if someone accidentally enters a wrong controlled substance total. It takes a desktop - and a supervisor - to correct it (and even they have issues).

This app is EXTREMELY slow. It does not talk to the desktop version very well at all. It is annoying when it sends you a notification that someone has done something, and you aren't even on shift. It spams your email with alerts that someone has done a check EVERY SINGLE SHIFT, along with the mobile alert.

I cannot submit through this app at all. My rig checks never go through, but everyone else's can go through. I am using it on my Android phone. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, given all permission, cleared caches, and whatever else I could do to mitigate this, but nothing has bettered my experience.
