Technical problems with g up for agency. Says I'm in an agency since day one and I was never in one! I like the app but they seem to only respond to negative reviews and I have my issue to two different emails they have listed. Hopefully I get a response soon. Will gladly edit after response. There is essentially ZERO CUSTOMER !!! If you have an issue with the app there is NO HELP!!! You will have to start all the way over.

App doesn't pictures for me on OnePlus7 Pro. I've granted the application complete access. I've wiped data and cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the application. The developer replied saying the issue was fixed. NO IT'S NOT. I've ed the developer by email but no reply. I guess it's just easier to come on here and reply that " it's fixed" than it is to fix the actual problem. Android 11 operating system. This is about the fifth time I've complained about the issue.

The app was cool until I did the update. I can't use any kind of headphones or earbuds. The sound either disappears or people hear a distortion. I've deleted and re- the app and troubleshooting for my ear buds. I'm finding out I'm not the only one going through this. I'm going to delete this if it doesn't get fixed. It's no point in keeping an app that doesn't fully work.

The video experience in the app is great. But the audio is absolutely awful if wearing wireless headphones. I simply can't use any wireless headphones at all. The sound is muffled at best or just inexistent in most cases. I really hope you can fix this issue. I've reached out to customer , and they completely failed to acknowledge the issue and just told me to check my batteries 😒.

App stuck in logo flashing on and off. Opened the app today and got a pop-up for an update. Clicked yes to install, it took me to the play store of SL. I clicked open and it just sits there on a blue screen with the word Superlive blinking on and off. This is happening on both devices. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. When I opened it I received the update message again.

Difficult app to get used to. Coins to diamonds isn't transparent so you don't really know what the value of gifts are to the streamers. Yesterday I reloaded my with coins. Today I was suddenly logged out and attempts to all day was futile. My has suddenly become inactive so all the money I've invested in this app has been a waste. A lot of bots/fake s are used to prop up the numbers of people in a stream. This is common knowledge amongst the streamers.

The app was good till I got permanently banned and no customer to help out with those issues. Not nice at all I have to wait 30 days for my to be permanently deleted before I can start afresh...
