UPDATED: I've been able to try out the content and feel confident the app does what it claims. The stretches recommended for my posture feel incredible, and the first workout was a good difficulty for me. I feel an immediate difference in my posture and I'm excited to see how much it can improve. I appreciate that each exercise has a description of which muscles it targets and how it improves posture, and that the app works with what equipment you have. is also amazing and quick!

Not worth it if you don't have money, you can't even start without promising payment for a subscription. Get a subscription= free trial and app usage. There are separate completely free exercises if you want to consider it, but I doubt it would be any good against the , especially thats specifies for you and your best results. So, if you don't have the sum or don't want to have the subscription, this app isn't right for you.

This has been a great app! I had struggles with lower back pain and started using it consistently for the past month and I see a great improvement already, plus I am way more aware of my posture. I highly recommend it.

Love the workouts. I use resistance bands and kettlebells. Helped me with Anterior pelvic tilt. I also do the morning routine most days to prime myself for the day. Great app!
