This app is designed to fit the special needs of probation, parole, and other corrections-related services which include various communication tools between the Officer and the Enrollee as well as the option for curfew management, self-reporting, sobriety, location verification, voice verification, facial recognition, notifications, and other services to help the Enrollee succeed on the program. NOTE: not all the services offered are used by the Officer. The app provides a useful tool so the Enrollee’s mobile phone can be utilized to aid the officer to manage their caseload.

This app ive been on for 4 years now. It has alot of issues. So every month on the sane date i have to report which i do. Then im instructed to do a functuon on the app. For exampke i was asked by my assigned officer to tap and do verifacation. And when i do so. It pops up and says . this services has not been enabled.. My phone works properly and location is on. This app has alot of issues

I started noticing that using the app my phone started lagging so I thought and freezing but I also started noticing a lot of my permissions were changed a lot of my settings were changed and after a while I realized that the enrollee app is changing my device settings and it's forcing me to allow other Bluetooth devices to sync to my phone without my permission and it's also asking me to allow it to make phone calls directly and send messages without my knowledge or permission

If ya gotta report in, this app is far better than having to set an appointment, get there and having to physically go in the office. I've had absolutely no problem with this app. It works great, leads me through the self-report, easy to use and the few questions I've had were answered quickly through text or email. If someone is having problems, I suggest uninstalling, cutting the phone off, then on and reinstalling. Might want to get CC Cleaner and make sure your location is ON.

This app is garbage! I was told to check in on the 3rd of every month which I did. Now the app is setting off alarms on my phone at random times followed by robo phone calls trying to get me to do verifications. I'm sitting in a meeting at work and the alarm sounds and everyone is looking at me. I'm woke up at night by the alarm going off. I'm driving down the highway or walking in the store and the alarm goes off. And when I say goes off, everyone within 30 feet can hear it. Pure garbage!!!

I love this app but every time I have an update it gets deleted so I have reinstall it and over and over🥺! Other than that I don't worry about the logging in it's great give me a positive out look on my achievements and my future goals 😃👍🫶 Thanks to all that has made this possible for many of us that need the extra push🙂⭐💯

horrible. i spent 2 weeks jus trying to get past the camera part and still cant get thru... after trying uninstalling the app. hard resets updated phone and network resets. ing att and lg both thwy can dp anything. should not be this much of a hassel to take a picture. after i have spoken to many people who have been on this app and they never was required to take a picture

I see all of these bad reviews, but me personally find this app very dependable and very easy to use, since day one i have had not a single issue. Thank You Shadow Track for developing an app that lets me live my life and work 6 days a week and report to probation on my lunch break without ever leaving the jobsite.
