The app worked great for a couple years and then all of a sudden it won't let me log on. I have cleared cookies/uninstalled and reinstalled, shut my phone off etc. No one answers when you call the help line, and any chat options are within the app(which I can not access). This is very frustrating as it affects my job.

Obviously I use this for work. It is essential for me and everyone I work with. I have never had major problems with the app until recently. It won't ever open for me now. I've restarted my phone many times, and have uninstalled and installed the app. Still it won't actually open for me. It's really frustrating as I need this app to see my work schedule and be able to see and send messages to staff.

I've been using this app for my job for over two years & it's always been great no issues, but for the past few days, I have not been able to every time I try im taken to a black screen saying page not found. It's incredibly frustrating because I have to use this on a daily basis. I can't see my schedule, announcements, my tips literally nothing. This issue NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

This is a really eat work app as far as having your schedule laid out for you and reminding when you have to be at work and when each day. The shift bidding is awesome too for getting extra hours. I love it. Wish all jobs had it. Also, it's wonderful to be able to get all coworkers info in case you need to get ahold of somebody you haven't had the chance to exchange info with just yet.

This app loves to just not load. Open the app, 7 shifts logo for like 2 mins.. nothing. Restart, nothing. Idk if the servers just go down all the time or if it's an android issue because I dditn experience this as much when I had an iPhone a month ago.

This app is WHACK. Sometimes it opens and sometimes it loads forever. I need it to work for work. I've tried clearing cache and clearing data. It still loads until my patience runs out and I try again in a few hours.
