I have to uninstall and reinstall every week. It logs you out. It's hard to take payments and it doesn't provide info for customer. Customers rarely put a good description of the issues they are having. You have no clue of the issue you are facing nor have model number etc.

What a piece of Sh***t. I just finished ing the app. Open it to create an , but instead, it wants me to eventhough I have not created my yet. I could not get past the page to create an . So frustrating when apps don't work properly. I will be uninstalling this app and find a better app to work with.

There's no way to set up a pro .. The option to do so, doesn't exist! I even tried setting up a customers , in home of being able to use on both.. NO DICE! That's a bad look, from start. Any suggestions? Greatly appreciated..

It's okay app. Could be better but do what you can so it can help your business thrive . But some issues I've seen are not being able to reschedule tickets on your own without calling in. Also would be nice once we have ticket accepted to see it mapped out so we can schedule accordingly.

What was supposed to be a 2-3 day job has taken 8 days and it's still not done. The person they sent is absolutely irresponsible and not punctual at all. I keep getting emails to rate Serviz Pro, but they don't give a chance to do it, so I had to the app, which I don't want because I'll never use this company again, just so I can write this review.

Well they are getting over on me. I know i should get paid more money with my skills. So i work for 4 different app. The only thing thats good is the pay that goings in my every other day, I like that, the worst thing is you dont get no more if you go to the customer house and they cancel,other company give you 15.00 dollars on a late cancel from the customers.
