I was overall happy with this and offered peace of mind with post partum anxiety but randomly it has stopped connecting and will not reconnect. Must have been an update or something it's now completely useless. Not worth the price charged for the monitors for how shotty the connection is

A little difficult to get the hang of at first especially with the noise notifications and vibrations. Didn't realize it would wake my baby but all in all it's a pretty good product for keeping track of your little love one!! 💕

Edit: Working great and effectively alerts for rollover. Seems to have given one false reading for slow abdominal movement, but overall works great. Great up until tonight. I cannot get into the app. It just keeps giving me a weird error. Seems like a coding issue on the back end. Will be emailing screenshot.

App signed me and the other that has access to our devices. Unable to sign back in about 9pm cst. Clearly an issue with the sense u services. Conveniently right at bed time. It has worked relatively consistently up until now, albeit with the occasional hiccup. No service status page on their main website.

The app keep logging me out every day, and it takes forever to log back in. Every time I try logging back in, I get an error message, and I have to retry this dozens of time before it finally works. I definitely do not recommend getting their products. You'd definitely be better off with the owlet products.

It's okay when it works. Constantly losing connection, failed to connect. This happens on all 4x of our devices in different locations so it's not the device. I am also a network engineer with over 20 years of professional experience so I can you it's not our WiFi or network.
