The app is very buggy. When checking out, it doesn't properly apply my payment method or address, causing me to not be able to submit the order. I have to resort to checking out on a computer. Also, if you could extend the duration of when rewards expire to a few months that would be beneficial. I don't frequent the store often and by the time I do, my rewards have expired.

I love Sally, but after picking out everything I wanted it was really upsetting to get to checkout only to find that some of the items were "no longer available for 2 hour delivery" so I had to pick other options or other delivery methods. This happened 4 times in one order. The app also kept rejecting my card as invalid every time I tried to enter and save it, only to finally save after the cutoff time for same day as well as 2 hour delivery.

I love Sallys, but I would expect a better app. This was/ kinda off clunky to use. I had items being shipping and being delivered. I could not identify which was which when looking at my.cart. I had to open every item in my cart to be sure the item was in the delivery order or vise versa. The app is slow to respond also. I hung in they because I do like SallyIs.

Tried placing an order online and kept getting errors, not very clear errors. So I ed this app and it went a bit better. I was finally able to place an order. I like being able to change stores based on what I need at the moment. I'd love a bit more accuracy though on whether or not something is stocked.

I always get my hair dye and similar products here. They have a great selection of hair colors (especially the bright ones, my favorite!) and several brands to choose from as well. They carry tons of salon quality nail polish, have a decent amount of assorted makeup, and of course they stock all kinds of hair care/styling products and tools!!! They offer a rewards program and regularly promote sales and coupons! I've been a Sally's patron for over 2 decades and I highly recommended it!!!

I this app could use some work. When trying to email customer service, the "submit" button is covered by the "deals" drawer. So you're searching and searching the page for the submit button, but it's hidden. Took me 3 minutes of just tapping random spots on my screen until I figured it out. It's very, very slow to load as well.

This site is difficult to use. Refused to save my bc it didn't match/wasn't correct. So I had to sign in as a guest. I've been ordering from Sally's online app. for awhile. When placing an order if I go off of ur app. it deletes what's in my cart! So then I need to start again. It would be smart of whomever is putting the information on your site to have items in order ie)Salon Care developer(creme) is in with the (clear).. numbers should be in order..then the purchase sizes..then cost.

So easy and -friendly. I was looking for a different hair color from what I normally get. I used the chat line, and it was GREAT. It was almost like talking to a person. I sent a picture showing my current color, and they came back with 3 different colors. She let me know that there was a 15% discount for all on-line and pick up in store. I had her add it to my shopping cart, and now I'm getting ready to pick it up. It is a great added benefit from the app. I will certainly use it again.
