If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. This app is absolute trash. And we're being forced to use it. I wouldn't be surprised if customers lose their lives because of the glitches and delays this causes us roadside service techs. Not to mention the inability to see more than one service appointment at a time.

Garbage app. If you have multiple photos to hopefully you have 45 mins to add to your time because it needs the best of the best internet connection to . If not pristine connection you will have to log out log back in and wait 10 15 min to attempt it again. And if you are lucky you'll get maybe 2 of those 5 pictures ed. Back to logging out and log back in, and don't you forget about the sync it needs to do... multiple times.. it's not like it's my job or anything important.

We uas it at work and it works ok. I wish that dark mode would work over the whole app like it did before. For some reason it quit working on the main screens but the others it's fine.

I work for AAA as a battery technician and this is the software they decided to use. This software has been updated numerous times yet it still has the same exact bugs since I started using it. It's slow, unresponsive, glitches out , closes out, cannot communicate well with Google maps, lags, does not load information, excludes vital member information due to connection issues and overall is an inferior application. I don't understand how a multi billion dollar company went with such a bad app.

Horrible app now finding out its not compatible with A9+ tablet. It was already junk now this. Worst app I've ever used stay away from sales force

Ever since you guys did an update. I don't get any notifications for new appointments. This is very troublesome because I don't notice till last second on some new appointments. I have to keep looking every five minute. I'm using an Android device, but I have heard from co-workers as well. That it doesn't work on apple devices either. Please fix this.

It consistently asks to share my location when I have my location turned off. I have notifications turned off as well. Its annoying.

I was hoping this app would be better than the awful click mobile. To me it looks like they put a pretty front end dress over click mobile to add features. However the added features just keep failing to work. I take tasks and apply updates but when I check some time later (e.g. 90 minutes) the updates haven't gone through. So much for real time reporting. It puts all my times wrong and makes it look like I've worked less hours. It gets stuck with replication errors that compound. Waste of time
