He finished in the top 50 at the 2019 New York Marathon, with a finishing time of 2:26, and had a stellar career on the track, including a sub-4 minute mile and multiple international vests for .
As a Certified Coach, he has developed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates your adaptive training plan.

• Romain Adam has a marathon PB of 2:38 and is an expert in startup development. His next challenge: competing in the Paris Marathon, with the RunMotion Coach marathon training plan.

Overall the app is good. The training plans are nice and I like the structure. You really do get more value when you subscribe to the hip as you can move the plans around and you get more insight into your endurance levels. My only complaint is that the time zones don't sync up when I export the plans to Google Calendar. I have to go into the calendar itself and adjust the timing for my time zone. Aside from that, I recommend it.

I really like the running schedule and plans. I feel like I am getting stronger. I like the motivational coach, but i find that the grammer of the coach is not that great. I find myself re-reading messages multiple times just trying to understand what they want me to do. If this issue could be fixed, this app would be a fantastic running tool.

Excellent training app! After running on asphalt on my own for several years, I wanted to try my first trail running race and wasn't an easy one, the Calamorro Skyrace (27k, +2200m). I followed the plan from this app for 4 months and was able to finish the race! I honestly had my doubts, but the app really works and gets you motivated! I really recommend it! Now I'm up for my next challenge! 35k in trail again!!

I found the app very well thought out, easy to use and engaging. The inclusion of cross training and strength workouts in addition to running activities is a huge plus. Unfortunately, there is no way to set a maximum session duration, which means that in my case the proposed plan would be impossible to follow due to time constraints. It's a pity, as competitor apps exist offering this possibility which I would expect is fundamental for most s.

The idea of the app is great and it is well executed. But subscribing to a yearly or monthly period seems dangerous because of a few issues or bugs in the app. Nothing much but a bit frustrating. Anyway it's the first app of this kind, I enjoy the training proposals.

This app is really helpful, I am training for my first marathon in 2023 (usually only do 5-10ks). I love that the training is specific and tailored to my current fitness, rather than just a generic plan for a set amount of weeks, and the guidance on paces, heart rates etc are really helpful. I also appreciate that the developers seem to care about this app and respond to any issues quickly. Feels like they actually care er experience and the quality of the app, which is refreshing!

I found the program to be insufficient to reach my target goals. In the marathon training program, in my opinion, there should be more long runs off a longer duration. I've had two 10 mile races on my schedule leading up to the marathon and found I lacked speed endurance in both of these races. I have, therefore, no confidence in the program to achieve my target goal.
