Great concept, horrendous execution from the Buncha team. Spends hours searching through their glitchy app, shopping and adding things to your cart. Don't take a break, the app most likely won't your order. You'll have to start over. You can't search very well either, forget that option. Searches manage to bring up the most wildly incorrect items. And so many more issues.

Pros - cheaper than Instacart, efforts at better labor practices & more environmentally friendly Cons - no browser for shopping, and the app is barely useable. It's extremely slow and laggy and the search function is worse than useless. It almost never brings up something relevant to the search term and it's impossible to find basic items that I know are carried in the grocery store.

This delivery service is much less than most ($1.45). However, it has doubled due to inflation (now $3.45). The prices of items are only marked up what it costs to run the app and pay employees (no more than 50 cents per item compared to shopping yourself.) They used to offer frequent promo codes but I haven't seen one in forever. Shoppers are very communicative, informing of items out of stock, able to make substitution and willing to add additional items by request. Overall happy customer.

Great service!! I just ed and placed an order yesterday. The app was a little laggy at times but overall easy to use and I had no real issues. I love being able to shop from different stores, although it would be really awesome if someday there was a universal search across all the available stores and the option for purchasing alcohol. I will definitely be ordering from Buncha again.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a $20 promotional text message from buncha. So when I made my first order I added about $20 of additional products I wouldn't normally buy. The $20 did show on my order summary but now it has disappeared. So I'm being charged $20 more than I thought I would. I sincerely hope this isn't a bait and switch where they won't stand by their text message. I need to get that $20. I think this is a fantastic service so I'm hoping this will be resolved.

I love the idea, it seems to be less wasteful and cheaper than services like Instacart, Walmart+, etc delivery. My shoppers always did great and the driver always dropped it in an easy location at the front of my apartment complex, 5 stars. The main issue I have is the bags left behind. Apts can't have their bags picked up for reuse - I thought if I just set it out the driver would take it. Instead a new full one was placed on the one I put back out. It seems wasteful to me.

Sluggish app, but it does work. It was fast enough when I was selecting my initial order, but when I pick substitutions, it took a while for it to recognize when I touched the screen, I was able to make my selections - had to re-select a couple things, slowness caused some mis-clicks, but I fixed them. I am using a Oneplus Nord N20 if that helps. As far as I could tell, everything that is normally available in store was on the app, and I was able to order everything I wanted :)

The app works well but I've had issues with shoppers not paying attention to requests, particularly around the substitution of organic items with generic. There is the option to select "do not substitute" or even leave a message for the shopper (both of which I do), but 4/5 deliveries so far have been incorrect in some way. The customer service team (including Ruby and Shruti) do credit me for the incorrect items, but it's frustrating to have to them over and over with the same issue.
