Would be perfect if I could set each file upon the bookshelf between long page (Korean) view; and single/double (Japan) page views. Love the set up :-) for the bookshelf. Although your missing the long page view code. Add a retracting bar with an adjustable menu options upon the page screen. Make these adjustments and I would gladly pay a small amount for the license to this app.

This viewer is and remains the most useful viewer for comics of any kind. It has a lot of options, which could be overkill for some s, but in daily use it never disappoints. It also does some file-operations, notably delete. I just wish that it would 'move to directory' or in lieu of that, the ability to hang keywords/identifiers to it. Nevertheless: 5 stars from me.

Perfect Viewer is a good comic viewer its been around for years for a good reason. The only really disappointing thing about it is that it doesn't use a newer version of SMB thus I have to either use a 3rd party file explorer app to get to my library or enable legacy SMB on my server which would open it to security flaws. This is the main reason I don't use it anymore. I'd gladly update my rating to 5 stars and resume using it as my go to comic reader if they were to add an updated version of SMB.

Was my go to app for my tablet, but the recent update wrecked it, and it couldn't even perform a basic exit out of a current comic and a look at a list of other comics without crashing and asking for an error report to be submitted. Every. Time. Moral of the story... Do not install 'updates'. Uninstalled. Time to look for another reader.

I have been using this comic viewer since around 2010 on various devices. Have never had a problem. I stopped reading comics in my phone a couple years ago and just got back into them today. I was browsing through viewers and ed this one. ed it and a few others and I can see why I used this one previously. The bookshelf menu is well designed and the interface is simple but well designed with great customization options. I will be donating for this app as it is well worth it.

I really liked this app for a long time, but the latest update seems to have trashed the underlying database. Books are still marked as Read / In Progress / Unread, but the Filter function returns a blank shelf when I try to sort on any of these. It also shows every book as New when I use that filter, regardless of how long it's been on there. Is there any way to restore or repair the app so that it correctly displays books based on their read status?

Excellent functionality. Once you get used to where the different buttons in the screen are, you can do an amazing amount of functions without having to go into menus. Images are nice and sharp, good color balance, fast and easy to navigate and perfect compatibility with all the standard comic formats, including PDF once you the plugin. I've been cycling among all the different comic viewers looking for one that gives me a good balance of performance, ease of use and functionality, and I believe this one to be the winner. Excellent job. Edit: I just discovered it has ebook functionality too! Awesome!

I have been using this app over a year for reading manga and manhwa and it's great so far lacking only one thing that it doesn't allow to use image smooth filter unless we are on page mode. it would be best to add this option to other modes as well. Additionally it would be great if can add more scaling filter like mitchell. Thanks For This Perfect App.
