So calming and also fast with results. I really like the interface and the way it's all laid out, I dig the minimalist approach and focus on feeling and doing better quickly on your own , providing an instant, learnable tool for those interested in a variety of aspects. Ty! ❤️

Glad to have tried and maybe it's just me doing the technique wrong. The App just hasn't delivered despite all the media hype from A. Huberman about D. Spiegel's new invention. Subscribed for 2months straight $48 ($24 ×2mo) and I'm yet to see a single iota of progress! I also felt like the App was overly redundant and so regardless of the habit you're trying to fight (eg. procrastination, smoking etc), it's practically the same catch-all repertoire: Look up, breathin, close eyes, float hand rep

I love the ap. It does help a little I use it every morning before I roll out of bed and at night it makes me out. I just hate the interaction exercises because you have to pick the phone back up which I feel is aggravating you don't feel relaxed if you have to stop pick up the phone and hopefully all before Doc moves on to the wrong stressor. Speaking your responses doesn't always work. Which is counter productive. Still love the ap though. I also see a hypnotist though.

I've done app-based hypnotherapy in a few other places, and have been impressed with the progress I've made. I was excited to try this app and interact with an expert like the doctor, unfortunately it just did not work for me. I found his voice super monotonous and boring, I would get distracted. I took the test to see how susceptible to hypnotherapy you are inside the app, and found myself irritated by his continued questions that seemed to indicate something should be work. It wasn't.

I've been using "Relieve Stress" a lot, and it's really useful. I do like that it's something that's research-based, having heard Dr. Spiegel on Huberman Labs. Seems like they're still working out the kinks on the interactive side of things for the sessions where you're supposed to speak into the app. Hopefully they'll continue getting better with that part of it.

Amazing results. Dr Spiegel obviously is an expert in the field of hypnotherapy. I don't know why the other reviews are so negative. I almost didnt try it, but so glad i did. I think its important to have an idea of what hypnosis really is beforehand. It's good for the mind to be calm, relaxed, and focused. These audio self guided programs are incredible for teaching how to get there. Also love Dr Spiegels voice, very calm and reassuring, easy to follow.

Charged for the whole year up from if you miss the 7 day window for the free trial. Edit: I was able to get it worked out with them but there really needs to be a way to transition into a monthly plan from the free trial. Over $100 is a lot to ask for this app, especially all at once and up front. Thank you for the quick response time though. I do appreciate good customer service

So I started the free trial, but realized it's not for me after trying to do 2 guided sessions. The biggest problem is the guy's voice - there's nothing soothing or calming about it. Being in a relaxed and perceptive state of mind his voice sounded aggravating and quite abrupt. Also, there are other ways to induce hypnosis that work really well on me, like Elman's induction, but the induction in the app did absolutely nothing for me. Even inductions recorded on YouTube worked better. IMHO.
