The app UI is fine, but when I tried to change my order from pick-up to delivery, I didn't receive my order. I don't know if it's a tech issue and it stayed as a pick-up order, but what I do know is that my food is over an hour late, I am now requesting for a refund, and now I am terribly hungry. I also tried calling but it seems that I havent gotten a response after ten minutes of sending an email, and also leaving a message for the manager. Therefore, I will not be doing business with starbird

Clumsy designed app. Kept on giving me errors when I was trying to pay and it kept on timing out.

app is yoyally useless and broken. always takes 5 tried to order anytbing. cant update expired cards and every change triggers a reorder

Your checklist for salad topping options are missing the word "No"; was surprised to receive a salad with just the chicken on it. (Staff was very cooperative, they get five stars.) Also, this order showed up twice in the app's order history despite this being my first time ordering through the app. No second charge on my card, at this time. Separately, the in-app pop-up asking for tried to have me write you an email instead of directing me here; feels dated and sneaky...

Good for regular ordering, but sometimes it won't let me redeem the rewards I've earned. Can't an emailed receipt (which is the only receipt option available if you order from a kiosk in-store. Says the app doesn't have access to my gallery, but the only access I can toggle is to my camera. Not happy to find barriers to the rewards program. (Isn't that the whole point of being an app ?)

Great food but this is 2 star for the app. Default tip isn't cool. I don't notice it when I place the order because I need to scroll down to see it. I can hit "place order" without scrolling. Please remove auto tip and have a screen ask if you want to leave one. Nothing against tipping but this setup is wrong!

The new app is indescribably better than the old. So glad starbird decided to switch ordering platforms. The menu is clear and correct, all options are available, and my order was even correct when I picked it up (which was a rarity with the old platform). Thanks for making the switch!
