At the 300 level, the game starts freezing and states you left the ad before collecting coins. It does this frequently. The ads freeze with a black screen. You are no longer free to pursue the ad for ing. On Level 616, I was thrown out of the game in mid-play. The game stated I had no more spaces, but I did. It stated I didn't collect my coins. I am not allowed to watch ads anymore to save tiles without losing my coins or gold tiles. I have to retry, exit, or lose coins, or gold tiles.

I know it's silly, but I enjoy the little reward of "saving" the characters. The game starts really easy, but it does gradually get more challenging. It gets more difficult slowly enough that you can enjoy it for a pretty long time at your best level. I don't mind spending a little money because it is the developer's livelihood. But you do need to know what you are willing to spend and keep an eye on your expenditures. I was shocked at my amounts.

This is crazy 😧 Everytime I exit to maybe answer my phone for less than a minute it starts me all over again! I was nearly finished and it disappeared 😭 I am frustrated it is suppose to be relaxing! 😌 This app often requires you to watch ads to get your rewards! You can watch the ads and then it says you didn't and does not give you your points! Absolutely frustrating! I am quitting this game! No longer relaxing! Milestone is too high! it is a good game! but... i feel so detached to the characters since it keeps changing into an unrelated person just after fixing a room.. i could really enjoy the game more if it could stick with helping just 1 abandoned family with their storyline from completely helpless to getting a whole place fixed, room by room, until they get to the whole house!💕 and a story ending on the end part would be the cherry on top for players of this game💕 then and only then you could get to the next family.

I'm enjoying playing this game but it needs some fixing. The canyon quest doesn't work right. When I complete the quest it adds the coins then takes them back. When watching an ad to get boosters it will close before and I lose the boosters. I've quit playing it for these reasons. Bur love the game. Please fix the issues. Thank you.

👎🏼Omg'ness it's really hard and rare to to find a good game that's not only fun to play the esthetics are good that doesn't bombard you you with ads at every level. 👎🏼This is not it. weighing the performance; level 41 the tap-response began to stall at level 41. To me its just not worth paying to remove ads.

Why does tile story say I closed game before collecting rewards? I don't think any player would do that and I certainly don't do that. More times than ever it happens when I am supposed to get 600 coins after the game played. Other tile games do the same thing. What's the issue here? Also lower amount of stars needed to do repairs. They are to high!!!

It is a great game, and enjoy that the ads do not bombard the game. However, there are a couple of things to suggest. First. It is actually uncomfortable to my ears that the same repeated sound comes out of the characters' mouths. A laugh. Second. It would be great to have more aids available. Third. When it says: hard game. It would be great to have more points rather than just two extras. The graphics are amazing. Thoroughly enjoying.
