I tried to make a phone and then commissary deposit back to back, and it wouldn't let me. It gave me a notification as to whatever the reason was, but when the notification pops up it only shows half of the message, and as far as I can tell there's no way to view the notifications that pop up. Which was a little annoying.

i have been using this app. for over a week now, it was apain trying to do the initial set-up myself but i finally called the customer service # listed in the app. & was taken care of by a very friendly & most helpful representative. she had my set up w/deposted funds ready for use in 10-15 min. the app is super easy to use,takes only a few seconds to check your balance.call info, as well as adding money to acct. The rate of charge per minute on the collect call acct. is great.

Please take the calendar off, it will go tight back to the beginning of you pause, and that is very frustrating, please just let us type our own birthday in the box, that calendar make the whole process take so so much longer than it should, it has taken me a few days to get really fed up with this part of the process. Because it takes so long to just put your birthday in. When your as old as I am, any way. Take it off, please, Trust I am not the only one.

For some odd reason it always seems to block me out of my . It takes the representative over an hour to answer to lift the block. (Literally.) You have to put all the correct information when you make the otherwise it wont allow you to use it. To many problems with using this app, unfortunately its the only way to put money, unless I feel like waiting on the phone for an hour and a half to speak to a representative. Plus side they charge 3$ unlike the phone which charges 5.96, yay

The app is very easy to do, it's a simple profile. The only downfall is the once a week deposit thru the app. I spend more money due to making deposits by calling customer and the $50 max needs to be increased. You can make as many deposits over the phone as long as you have different cards.
